FlagOS-Compressor:
92 tokens/s

On 17 October 2026, the 2026 Artificial and Open-Intellectual Calculator Congress, which was held in Beijing on the theme of “one coherent, one intelligent and all-embracing”, and the Technical Assembly of the Gendarmería FlagOS, which, after 30 September, demonstrated the technological progress from bottom-up calculators, compilers, to model deployments and services, and presented the reality that the AID model is rapidly changing and that the computing infrastructure needs long-term service.
FlagOS 2.2 From multi-chip suitability to cross-chip reuse, the nine major arrays cover a total of 1454 algorithms, 890 more than the previous edition, increasing the performance of cross-chip algorithms by about 27 per cent within the range of thousands of algorithms, 10 isomer AI chips; in the GLM-5.3-Flash practice, stock strangling 910B logical services is up to 2.04 times the pre-optimal level, and the calculated cost of rent-based conversion under specified conditions is lower than the commercial API reference of 19.4 per cent - 27.6 per cent, and the world model and ARM lateral reasoning also presents a joint optimized result of quantization.
This marks the move of open-minded calculations from the answer “which chips are supported” to the answer “Is it possible to continuously optimize each calculator and sustain each generation of models” so that the chip enterprise can focus more on the features of the architecture and the computing operator? There is an additional software optimized path when the model is upgraded, and model developers have the opportunity to allow algorithm innovation to move faster across hardware boundaries.
I. Expanded cross-core sharing optimization: total number of algorithms exceeding 1400 and overall multichip algorithm performance enhanced 27%
The publish list covers nine arrays. The number of public accounts such as FlegGems increased from 564 to 1454, adding 890; the first publish FlagGems-SGLang, containing 40 multichip high-performance algorithms. The additional capabilities are oriented towards actual computing needs: FlagGems Extension Linear Algebra, Consortance and Training Reverse interface; FlagGems-SGLang over Attention, Mamba Status Update, MoE, LoRA, Sampling and quantization, current NVIDIA test covers all 40 algorithms through the List; FlagGems-v LLM Extension MLA, KDA/GLA/GDN2, TopK and low precision calculations. For Qwen3.8-Flash-Next, add 8 integrated algorithms and complete the complete CUDA Graph entry.
Joint optimization of algorithms and compilation execution around critical computation paths
FlagOS 2.2 Covers 9 sub-registers, and FlagGems, etc., increased from 564 to 1,454, adding 890; first publish FlagGems-SGLang, containing 40 multichip high-performance algorithms. The algorithm optimizes the integration with FlagTree, surrounds low bits with mixed precision, integrates the algorithm, selects the path by shape, compiles and automatically adjusts to enhance performance. Achieving an overall algorithm performance increase of 27 per cent in 10 chips and thousands of algorithms means that FlagOS optimization is moving from single-point performance to cross-chips, scale systems.
AI Auxiliary research and development: from expert manual optimization to scale production
The challenge of the algorithm's cross-platform coverage is not just to “write the code”, but to achieve common standards for accuracy, performance and maintenance. The KernelGen Autocalculator Generation Tool has supported nine AI chips, linking code generation, hardware validation and automatic alignment to scale production capacity. New 765 algorithms were created this quarter, of which 416 were validated with precision on at least 5 of the nationally produced chips and reached a performance level of 80 per cent or more for the progeny.
FlegPrism Crosschip Unified Debug Tool: Both developer and Agent are good for tuning
FlegPrism links Triton source code, compiler IR with equipment implementation information, allowing cross core development to move from " running " to " explaining ". Debugger can trace numerical questions to specific statements, and Profiler can break time-consuming and position optimized links; support has been given to the Chinese fortified, day-to-day smart cores, molar threads, eng Weida and Zenwon to help developers and Agent to revert to the modulation method.
When developers, chip manufacturers, and even algorithms generate Agents that can obtain comparable values and performance feedback, cross-chip reuse is no longer limited to an optimisation code, but also includes a methodology for problem detection, validation assumptions and continuous iterativeity. The synergy between Flaggems, FlagTree, KernelGen and FlagPrism is the core technological advancement of FlagOS 2.2, which is distinct from simple adaptation projects.
Synergy to optimize access to new models: Unified plugins and cross core quantization, Day0 fit up to 12 cores Snippets
FlagOS provides cross-chip weight conversion and quantization capability through the cross-chip frame plugin library, which connects public algorithms with capabilities such as communications to training and reasoning; and FlagOS-Compressor provides cross-chip weight conversion and quantization capability, which, in conjunction with components such as compilation, migration, evaluation and publish, will work together to optimize the implementation of model versions available to developers and achieve a new model with up to 12 chips per day.
Framework plugin: Optimizing bottom access training and reasoning
The FlagOS unified cross core plugin system is like a set of “plugs”, allowing developers to follow the familiar model development approach and access multiple chip capabilities to frameworks such as v LLM, Megatron-LM, TransformerEngine, SGLang, Torch, VeRL, LightX2V. In the case of TransformerEngine-FL, the model is calculated by means of a unified alcalculator interface, OpManager organizational algorithms are registered, implemented by strategic choice of FlagOS, manufacturer or PyTorch and provides cache and failed rollback mechanisms to reduce changes to core training codes.
FlagOS-Compressor: Equivalent weight and precision to target equipment
When the low precision support of the target equipment or the capacity of VRAM does not match the new model, the weight conversion with quantization provides another deployment path. FlagOS 2.2 For the first time publish FlagOS-Compressor, selects the treatment according to the model structure and target hardware, and converts weights, quantization, and exports and validates the organization as a unified process. It selects the quantization policy by module, preserves high precision for sensitive modules and exports weights, quantization parameters and operating configurations. Qwen 3.8-2.4T-A95B adapts to provide treatment pathways for BF16, FP8 to INT8; Qwen3.5-397B-A17B reduced the post-W8A8 model file from 751.41GB to 38.2.45GB by 49.1%, GPQA-Diamund obtained 84.85% absolute accuracy and completed the verification of the NVIDIA H20 and the PPU reasoning chain.
Day0 Delivery: New model fit up to 12 cores in one day Snippets
Based on the accumulation of plugins, algorithms, compilers and quantization tools, the adaptation of the new model publish can reduce duplication of work. In practice over the past six months, the new model has been adapted to up to 12 chips in one day. After adaptation, the mission performance of the assessment model on the target equipment will be re-tested and the model and configuration of the publish to a platform such as Hugging Face, Magic Fest. Day0 reflects the speed of response, the quality of delivery is determined by testing on target hardware and associated products, and specific service performance still needs to be validated in conjunction with the operational load.
Cooperation case: China Telecommunications Star Model Day0 Fit 10 cores Snippets
The Chinese telecommunications star LLM has been trained to connect Flaggems to a training system based on MindSpore, CANN-A4B, replacing some of the originals with a dedicated optimized algorithm, and to replace some of the originals with a standard calibration, precision matching and deployment, with MindSpore automatic parallel and distributed communication capability, mHC, TopK, etc., trained calculators having completed full-chain debugging and end-to-end training, MindFormers integrated FlagOS work having also been sourced; and, on the reasoning side, Xing4.0-29B-A4B has completed the calibration, precision matching and deployment verification of 10 chip platforms, eight of which used standard fit-in, apple M5 Pro with the P1 using the W4A8 side quantization, team having completed 12 inverticular replacements and increasing the number of calculators to FlagGems in high- and long-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-be tests to achieve a 7 per cent reduction of Z8 Z8 Q.
The framework plugin addresses "how the upper layer of the framework deploys different chip capabilities", "how model weights and precisions fit the target equipment", and Day0 delivery links the two to algorithms, compiles, evaluates, publish to create closed loops from the bottom to multiple core delivery of the model, promoting synergetic optimization to actually fit the new model.
Token: cross core optimization into real service scenarios
Once the model has been delivered across cores, it is subject to real application requirements: The Token service focuses on whether the new model is continually able to provide competitive speed and cost; the world model introduces video, spatial and multimodular data, which increases the complexity of calculation; and the model moves to the end and operates under limited memory, computing and power-consuming conditions. These three types of needs together drive FlagOS from multi-core adaptation to continuous synergetic optimization.
DeepSeek V4.1 Flash: Optimizing commercial API competitive potential across platforms
FlagOS is an optimised stack of SGLang-Plugin-FL, FlagGems, FlagGems-SSGLang, FlagTree and FlagCX, optimizing DeepSeek V4.1 Flash on H100 Peace Head 810E. H100 Using 1P1D, W4A16/FP8, of the 128K input, up to 8K output, opening DSpark 's cache hit Coding task, the speed of 32 and 64 circuits increased by 31.7 and 21.9 tokens/s, increasing 19.7 per cent and 18.0 per cent, respectively. Hiraki 810E uses 16 96GB cards, 1 P1D, W8A8 per node, increasing the speed of decoders per request by 57.2 tokens/s, 83.1 per cent, and 40.2 tokens/s and 91.5 per cent compared to the SGLang primary path of the platform.
GLM-5.3-Flash: stock 910B service throughput approximately doubled and scenario measurement costs decreased by 19.4% - 27.6% compared to API rates
Based on the FlagOS technology warehouse optimization, the GLM-5.3-Flash logic service at Agenic replay scenes is approximately 2.04 times higher than before the optimization, from 8.52k to 17.36k tokens/s. This indicator is included in the logical input of input, output and cache hit, Token, which reflects service carrying capacity and is not simply output production speed. In another 512K long context test, the production rate reached 60.9 tokens/s, close to the official API external measurement reference value 61.1 tokens/s, the value of which was approximately 99.7 per cent, and the comparison was only for the generation rate and not against the load. Based on the monthly lease of $16,500 per card, 3P1D deployment, 93% cache hit and decoded side load conditions for 8C 910B, the calculator cost per million output Token and its rent to be entered is calculated at $ 256K input/8 and the scene is set at $ 59.27, which is 19.4% lower than the commercial API reference of 73.55 dollars; and $ 104.53 for 512K input/4 and the scene scenario is set at $ 144.31% lower than the API reference cost of $ 144.31.
The following tests use output length 1K; the manufacturer ' s baseline on the left side of the arrow in the table and the FlagOS optimization on the right side.
Table 3 |昇 910B Long context reasoning comparison (output length 1K)
These results provide an assessable path for the enterprise to optimize the service capacity for the continuation of existing equipment through software before judging whether hardware upgrades are required.
Case of cooperation: reduction of 14.53 per cent of latency between P50 GLM-5.2 and Token
(c) The ability to access FlagOS algorithms, compile, communicate and push frames for software-enabled utilisation utilisation of a hybrid cloud service platform, linking the upper model service to the bottom isomer equipment. The parties jointly optimized the GLM-5.2 on four 910C servers, with Prefil and Decode each accounting for two. After the full commissioning of the five changes, the service and client p50 ITLs were reduced by 14.53 per cent; and the P99 ITL, which reflects long waits, was reduced from 83.82 ms to 66.35 ms by 20.84 per cent, and the client was reduced from 138.56 ms to 118.73 ms by 14.31 per cent to provide the platform ' s operator with a basis for assessing the service capacity under the actual business load.
The above practice shows that cross-core reuse is moving from a “operational model” to “efficient production” of Token: both to support new models to maintain the pace of reasoning on multiple types of chips and to provide a basis for new models for inventory equipment, lower latency for business service platforms and cost measurement. Specific deployments still need to be combined with operational loads, latency requirements and full operating cost judgements.
iv. From Token Factory to Physics AI: World Model and Endside Calculating New Load
AI computational needs are being expanded along three paths: Token Factory of the data centre seeks continuous evolution and scale efficiency, and the end-side AI is limited to memory, energy consumption and hardware space, while physical AI ' s home-world model introduces video, space, time, action and multisensor data. FlagOS layouts in advance, extending the algorithms, compilers, frames, etc. to physical AI and lateral calculations.
New Generation of Personalized World Models: Public Budgeters and Training Systems
FlagOS, a combination of the Flaggems algorithms, training frameworks and distributive strategies, and the new generation of intellectuals with a world model system, achieved approximately 2.3x, 1.9x, 2.0x acceleration of the VLM, Tx2V and Action modules, respectively, and about 33%, 36%, and 35% of the MFU. The frame layer uses fixed-serial length tissue data, delivers a stable grid shape to static compilations, conveys sample differences with dynamic metadata, resulting in 19.7 per cent throughput upgrades and 29.5 per cent drops in VRAM; long series Attention cache output O and LSE for reverse reuse, reduces the number of forward re-lays from 288 to 0, and generates branch throughputs from 14.8 per cent. FlegGems provide optimization for key calculations such as Attention, Indexing and Recession. Attention algorithms receive approximately 1.40-1.43x acceleration, with index algorithms up to 2.97x, optimized for subsequent models and hardware reuse in the public library.
LightX2V-Plugin-FL: Unified Plugin System Extension to Video and Action Generation
LightX2V is the video generation reasoning framework, and LightX2V-Plugin-FL is the plugin for access to FlagOS: Framework Organization Modeling Process, Plugin Linking Target Devices to Calculator Execution Path, FlagGems bears the actual Attention calculation, allowing existing algorithms to enter the repeatedly executed denocator cycle of video generation, and reducing the work of adapting the model frame separately for different chips. The double-card validation run of the DreamZero-DROID runs a link from image input to video and action output, indicating that the public accountancy enters the video generation frame through a unified plugin and completes the cross core operation and complete output on the national hardware; the speed increase still needs to be tested against the condition baseline.
ARM CPU: MiniCPM5-2B generated about 92 tokens/s on M5 Pro
FlagOS 2.2 Independent publish FlegTree-CPU, promotes uniform compilation, lowbit algorithms and operational optimization for ARM CPUs. The tool chain is designed around different paths, such as I8MM, SDOT and streaming access storage, and reduces duplicate costs through algorithm integration and movement control; on CPUs supported by the corresponding command, SME2 and NEON I8MM work together on the same layer of GEMM, increasing the complete model Prefil by 21% to 25%. In the Mac M5 Pro, CPU-only tests, MiniCPM 5-2B Prefill speeds exceeded 1000 tokens/s, Decode reached 91.66 tokens/s; Qwen 3.8-27B increased from 12.73 to 23.40 tokens/s, approximately 1.84 times, providing the basis for the configuration between model capabilities, equipment memory and latency for end-side applications.
From hands-on world model training to video and action generation plugins, to ARM CPU-side reasoning, FlagOS is extending public algorithms, unified plugins and compilation optimizations from Token Factory to physical AI and lateral calculations. The acceleration ratio in world model training with MFU, cross core operation validation in video generation, end-side CPU production indicates that synergetic optimization has begun to cover new loads; partial performance enhancement still needs to be continued in combination with the condition baseline and actual operational load.
From technology to global ecology: a 55 per cent increase in code contributors and a four-fold increase in downloads
International cooperation: building on open computing for global collaboration
FlagOS is based in China, moving globally. International cooperation included technical exchanges such as the Central African Entrepreneurship and AI Partnership Seminar, the Abu Dhabi Open Company Workshop, and development and teacher training. The second phase of the global AI Calculator Development Plan, co-organized with the African Union (AU) ASRIC, with the support of UNDP, brings together nearly 50 leading university teachers from over 30 countries. OASIS-AI 2026@MICROWorkshop focuses further on the open architecture and software infrastructure of the AI system. The United Nations “Open Calculator Working Group” was approved on 28 September and the first meeting is scheduled to take place during APEC in November.
Developer community: Quarterly downloads increased fourfold and code contributors continued to increase
Bringing multiple hardware together to maintain a continuously updated model ecology requires long-term input. Each release relies on multiple open-source communities working together to maintain interfaces and deliver on an ongoing basis with upstream communities such as PyTorch, Triton, VLLM, SSGLang, Megatron, TransformerEngine, VeRL, etc. As of the third quarter, there were 107 resourceful FlagOS ecological members, with 464,336 quarterly community downloads, which is 4.76 times higher than in the second quarter. From 2.1 to 2.2, the number of merged PRs increased from 1,890 to 4,890, the number of code submissions increased from 5,100 to 9,730, the number of new Issue from 420 to 1,423, and the number of code contributors increased by 55 per cent to 264 places.
The current AI model may be three months old, but computing infrastructure has to create value over the years. FlagOS 2.2 shows that a technology path that deserves sustained input is becoming clearer: the algorithms, compilers, quantizations and systems oriented to the new model optimized sedimentation as reusable public capacity, delivered to different chips through a unified interface, and continuously validated the benefits in real models and service loads. From Token Factory to the end of AI and the world model, the value of open computing is not just to add hardware choices, but to give every input of computing power the opportunity to continue to function as software ecology advances.
