第一步,组织先满足高优先级的项目二,把核心专家团队A提前划拨并锁定给项目二;
第二步,项目二虽然拿到了核心专家A,但因为缺少审批C,根本无法实质推进,这批最宝贵的专家只能在项目二里干等三个月;
第三步,本来今天就能闭环变现的项目一,因为核心专家A被锁定占用,被迫停工等待;

Man, GritMeng.
If you go into the vast majority of today's large-scale institutions, whether scientific and technological plants, financial institutions, large hospitals, research institutes or industrial giants, you see a very similar picture:
The buildings are brightly lit and each department is working overtime, and at the end of the year, almost all KPI examinations in the R & D, products, markets, operations, wind control, finance departments are high marks; in order to upgrade management, institutional spending has introduced a full set of digitized software, followed by the deployment of large language models and various AI agents over the past two years.
It is normal to assume that the whole Organization should be as hard-working and sophisticated as a tool. The objective result of the operation is that the net interest rates of many agencies continue to decline, with the return on capital (ROIC) falling to 3 to 6 per cent of the micro-interest zone, with the focus on strategic projects stalling, and the organization still replete with cross-sectoral coordination, back-to-back meetings, lingering anxiety and internal volumes.
Faced with this situation, it is often felt that middle-level implementation is inadequate and sector walls are too thick; first-line employees feel that top-level de facto, test indicators are used to fight each other; and HR is anxious to find people with a global perspective. Everyone's miserable, everyone's exhausted.
In earlier articles, we have demonstrated, through a system that has been operating in complete auto-closure for 18 consecutive years in a hundreds of billion-grade industrial network, that the basic laws that have been scattered over the last 100 years in physics, psychology, control theory, economics and mathematical logic are, at the bottom, completely identical and all right. Today, in this article, I would like to stand on the bottom of the same system and complex science and unmask this window in a gentle and objective manner:
The difficulty of “all of us fighting for each other” in the Organization is not due to a lack of effort, nor to the deterioration of hearts, but rather to the fact that today the vast majority of modern institutions have entered “a strong business model”, and we are still using the fragmented division of labour in the past to force the limited human brain to carry a highly interconnected and complex network.
If we look at this physical fact and figure out how to put all kinds of AI tools and the bottom line, we can find the dawn that leads to Wisdom.
I. Why would any concocted business model run into the same knot?
As traditional management fails today, many people are vulnerable to yet another extreme, arguing that the old retrogression is wrong, that the science is wrong and that standard process management is wrong. This view is not fair.
If, in the context of the evolution of human history, the primary contradiction facing humankind in the past few centuries was low productivity, the most urgent task at that time was to improve single-point “efficiency”. At that stage of history, Cartesian and Newton's retrogressive theory, Adam Smith's division of labour theory, and the stratification and standard operating processes of modern organizations (SOP) pushed single-point efficiency to the top of human history. It was not only correct that year, but it also served its historic mission with great distinction.
Today, however, the dilemma arises because single points of efficiency have been stretched to the limit, while the business model of modern institutions has evolved into an interconnected, deep-seated whole. The primary contradiction facing the organization has shifted from increasing local “efficiency” to improving global “effectiveness”.
Why is it that, as long as they enter a condensed business model, each sector achieves a full score of what it does and, together, counterbalances each other? Because as long as your business model pursues scale and synergy, the business modules must share the organization ' s bottom-up resources. Once resources are shared, the entire organization is subject to two objective patterns at the physical bottom:
- The first rule is horizontal space exclusion. The organization ' s funding budget, core technical cadres, calculators, operating theatres and client channels are shared and assigned to mission A, which cannot be used simultaneously.
- The second rule is a longitudinal barrel set. For any operational objective to be truly closed, multiple elements, such as R & D, compliance, markets, finance, etc., will need to be put in place, and the time when it can really be started and completed will depend strictly on the last available slot.
When “horizontal exclusion” is intertwined with “vertical convergence”, traditional management instincts fall into an invisible trap:
It is assumed that two projects will be pursued simultaneously in one institution. Project I is a regular business, and the core team of experts A and Market Match B are all in place today, with a three-day investment to generate cash flow online; project II is a strategic priority, with a very high priority, and it also requires the core group of experts A, but it will have to wait for an external clearance C, which will take three months to complete the process.
According to the rule of “allocation of resources in order of priority”, which is the most logical rule in the traditional hierarchy:
As a first step, the organization would meet high-priority project II by pre-aligning core team A to project II;
In the second step, although the core expert A was secured, the most valuable group of experts could not move forward in substance owing to the lack of approval of C, which could only wait three months in project II;
Step three, project I, which would have been closed today because core specialist A was locked in and forced to wait;
In the fourth step, all two projects were towed up to three months for disposal.
Projects that were not ready to be fully equipped at a later stage took advantage of the earlier pool of resources; projects that were able to deliver in closed circles earlier were forced to wait for resources in the forward stages. This is a mismatch between supply and demand.
The five-storey chain reaction that plagues any conglomerate organization emerges clearly following the simplest coupling model:
- The mere equivalent of “criticality” and “early occupation of resources” will objectively result in the structural locking down of what is to be done early and what is to be waited for.
- KPI contradictions in various sectors are not subjective in nature or conflicting positions, but rather physical couplings that come together in a network of shared resources. Conversation of subjective positions can be achieved by meeting to communicate compromises, but objective physical coupling cannot be achieved by meeting.
- Managers must intervene when core resources are occupied and capable of doing what they cannot. However, the working memory of the carbon-based brain of humans is capable of processing at the same time only 4 ±1 independent variables; the natural language is strictly one-dimensional linear (less than 50 bits of bandwidth per second). When managers try to interfere with a network of three-dimensional triangulations of relationships deep in a dozen layers, not only do you lose a lot in the transmission, but you stretch out your hand to save this part of the world, with dozens of invisible links falling apart like dominos.
- This cross-fault occurs at the same time as the three levels of monthly strategy, weekly tactics and daytime implementation. Underground execution slides and aggregates to top-level reports and screens loses accuracy from source.
- A multi-billion-scale institution, each year offset by such internal forces, to lose hundreds of millions, if not more, of net profits in terms of increased costs, idle resources, loss of effective output and delayed default.
By seeing this physical process, we can untie ourselves and the people around us: even if we bring the world's brightest people into the company, we can't count on the carbon-based brain, one-dimensional meetings and forms for manual coordination. That is the underlying reason why society today is so pressing to call for AI and Silicon-based computing.
Two: All the puzzles they've touched in the last few decades are right. Bridge
Looking back at the past few decades, China’s real-life scientists, entrepreneurs, and industrial scholars have long seen bottlenecks in the management of traditional branches under a concocting business model, and have found valuable rules of default in their respective battlefields.
Why are they pointing in the right direction, but many of the lates still fall and fall while imitating their studies? Because complex coupling systems have a harsh computational impropriety — standing outside, seeing only local cut-off; a complete structure emerges in the brain only once in the mud, walking through millions of nodes.
Today, when we look back at the complete structure of the 100 billion-class network, which has been completely closed for 18 consecutive years, it is clear to us that each of them has found a key puzzle for the future of Wisdom:
- Science Master: Mr. Chan and Mr. Guo Lai. Money has always pointed to the need to follow the “from qualitative to quantitative integration” path in the face of the opening of complex megasystems, with an overall design department and great wisdom. Dr. Guo has described system science as “science (mixed sciences)”. Two scientists killed the final structure at the top.
- Hard nuclear manufacture: Wang Shifu, Zeng Yi, Zhang Ju Gyeong and Leung Men Song. The King of Biadi's legacy, by bringing the strong link into the same system through vertical integration and creating an interdisciplinary common “technical fish pool”, eliminates border friction; the former crowd forces of the Ningdee era pushed “extreme manufacture” to one-billion points, justifying the need for real-time sensory and closed-ring algorithm control to lock out fluctuations in the process; and Zhang Rujin and Leung Mensone in the chip field, attest to the absence of “one-point sector” in the chain of super-long causality.
- Organizational synergy: Jinxi, Zhang Rui-min and Zhang Yi. Whether or not to move the power of perception and resource pull forward to the front line, Zhang Ree-min uses “one person” to eliminate internal power to offset it, and Zhang once again advocates “the provision of context rather than control”. All of this precisely captures the key to reducing the loss of cross-brain communication.
- Digital insinuation: Wang Kin, once and for all. They point directly to the core of the governance of complex systems — the need to get humans out of the cumbersome first-order computing ring and to achieve “persons outside the loop” by using the automatic flow of data to resolve uncertainty.
How are we going to fix the bridge that crosses the river? The methodology is, in fact, very pure: without prejudice to the submission of high-priority, forward target commitments, the early unused shared resources are utilised by algorithms, and dynamically switched to immediate closed-ring projects. This “replacement of resources over a period of time” mechanism, based on points, lines, boundaries, patterns, and five-dimensional sub-seasons, will allow all practitioners to meet closely on this bridge over the past few decades.
iii. Large language models and the most complex human system from the bottom structure AI
Since we need to rely on silicon-based algorithms to compensate for the limits of the human brain, we need to figure out: What is AI?
Systems that use silicon-based algorithms to compensate for human cognitive bandwidth limits, achieve sensory, extrapolation and decision control in complex space are AI. Tens of billions of transistored EDAs are programmed in chip design, physical simulations of real CAEs in engineering, and modems in preparation are all engineering AIs that sustain modern civilization.
And at the top of this AI map, when we return to a five-dimensional current, two million powerful coupling nodes within a few minutes, maintaining more than 95 per cent of the “persons out of the ring” closed for 18 consecutive years in a hundreds of billion-grade industrial network — the AI that makes it possible to completely calculate an open complex giant system — is the most complex system-level AI that humankind has ever built.
And when we clear the landscape, let's see why the Big Language Model (LLM) is smarter:
In mathematical terms, the mechanism of LLM remains “one-dimensional linear probability generation”. Early models are prone to distortion because they attempt to jump directly from A to B with large steps, leaving a large amount of implied restraints in the middle. And today LLM has learned the method of “inverse choreography” in the calculus — it shrinks the reasoning very short and turns it into a small step of a continuous microstep. Countless small steps can suffocate through an extremely smooth curve on the complex flow-shaped surface. More importantly, it compresses the full volume of humanity's centuries-old literature into the same high-dimensional space, which can be “cross-areas” without obstacles.
When a person with a closed ring in practice and a complete stereotonic structure in his head works with a large language model: a person sees the nature, defines the problem, sets up the whole skeleton; and LLM retrieves, microsteps, fills the skeleton in an interdisciplinary manner. The cognitive bandwidth of humans is amplified hundreds of times.
By reading this, we can avoid the four structural errors in the current industry:
- Free play directly by AZAI agent representing the various sectors. LLM is unable to keep zero tolerance and misalignment in its memory, which also locks millions of nodes away, and lacks an overall decomposition, which can only lead to a partial Nash balance.
- Expecting to build a fully automated closed AI that does not require human participation at all. Lack of physical pains can easily trigger arbitrage; when fundamentally different from one another, it is impossible to automatically rewrite the underlying justices, which are constrained by the imperfector theorem of Godel.
- Prioritize the construction of the “visual control tower screen” at the top. Without hard-to-down reverse control channels, screens can only be degraded into open repertoire mirrors showing functionality.
- Design structures based on “inter-sectoral committees voting” or “business writing documents, IT writing codes”. Multiple compromises make it difficult to extract global rules of logic, and text messaging inevitably leads to the leakage of high-level convergence.
In keeping with the bottom structure, a set of mutually enabling silicon-based tool puzzles emerge: Large-language models perform cross-domain cognition hang-on interaction with front-end semantics; statistical machines learn to make local prediction probes; local polar calculations after the extraction of a solver and specialized software; and knowledge mapping and database maintenance of static books. Finally, the five-dimensional complex giant system is taking control of the core of the town, and through an unlocked co-mobilization structure, the whole of the millions of nodes within milliseconds are being deciphered and directed back.
IV. Aligning HR and the user system to find and protect the “gravity wall” of the organization
When the Silicon-based Tool Matrix took over the day-to-day calculations, the most important problems in the organization returned to the human being: who should be the person who left the definition of the outer circle, who built the structure, who ran the wheel?
The traditional HR system uses only one ruler to measure human beings - whoever brushes the local KPI the highest, gets the most bonus. This has led to two categories of “first-class choreographers” who have stepped down on the gas, as well as “excellent self-interesters” who have seen local arbitrage through the gap between rules. Those who point to systemic problems are vulnerable to marginalization.
In today ' s Silicon-based algorithm for the first tier, there is a real scarcity of tissues, five-dimensional intellectuals capable of detached from the board, redefinition of problems and structures: skin hairs (disabling sensitivity), heart brakes (backline resistance), old scars in the body (emotional cache), new algorithms in hand (fluent intelligence), eyes looking up (second-tier recognition).
In practice, for more than two decades, I have felt the fact that people who really have rigid brakes in their hearts, who have a second degree of knowledge on their heads, are often less expensive in their bones.
For if he tries to fake it with a high bonus, his body will have real pain and anxiety, and he will not be able to take it away from the bottom line; and a person with a high degree of knowledge, his highest pleasure will come from penetrating a pattern and building a clean and harmonious structure. Such a man is the “grave wall” on which the organization truly depends for survival in the midst of an alarming wave.
The HR system needs three fundamental adjustments to move towards intellectual organization:
- Shift of emphasis: from “stimulating the issuer with a bonus” to “identifying a wall of weight that can hold the bottom line and redefine the problem”.
- Building the soil: giving them an umbrella against the exclusion of vested interests and a complete definition.
- Set tools: "LLM extra-side plus 5-dimensional base A." The wall must not be thrown directly into the mud, and the whole building can only be built if the tools take over the bottom calculation.
V. What is a true organization of wisdom that sustains the five rules of its life.
We name it "Swiss" because any organization never begins with a machine code, but with the first boundary of survival drawn by humans; and "smart" simply represents a silicon-based tool. Only by combining “carbon baselines and meta-cognisance” with “calculations of the Silicon-based Tool Matrix” would it truly be worthy of what Mr. Moneysyson called “great wisdom”.
Together with the 18-year closed circle of the hundreds of billion-degree network, the organization operates steadily through five basic laws:
- Carbon Silicon is being divided: the architecture innovation layer is defined as a human problem, with a microstep of LLM; the day-to-day operating layer is run by a five-dimensional AI-led solver, with a global match of milliseconds, to achieve "persons outside the computing ring."
- Single-headed constitution and multi-brain system: during the inception period of 0 to 1, the master designer completed the logical “one-brain constitution”; during the period of operation of 1 to N, the sensory end was open to the entire population, with the first 1/2 tactical plan assigned the quota guard, and the subsequent 1/2 operation gave the front-line autonomy.
- Dual diagnostic mechanism: Retrogressive retroactivity following the causal chain. Partial delays were judged to be “world bias”, self-healing by a silicon-based engine; dramatic changes led to unsolved rules, which were judged to be “model errors” and awakened the carbon-based walls to rewriting bottom rules.
- The reverse foundation building and medical school model: the strategy is top-down and the capacity is down to the atomic level. The transition enables the organization to develop its own team of business and algorithms, using a teaching model, with life-long self-sustaining resistance to entropy.
- Double-long resonance: one hand (overhead of administration) sets the direction and delegation of authority; the chief designer (covering the wall) builds the structure and runs the closed loop. The two have been added to the equation to address the immunological resistance of organizational change.
The long night came from the fact that we had to fight infinite complexity with a limited brain in a broken old box; and when we expanded our knowledge with a large-language model, using a five-dimensional system AI to take over the bottom closed circle, and allowed those who could hold the bottom line, not only profitably, to stand firmly on the heavy wall of the organization, the dawn light of a intelligent organization, has come true.
