iPhone 国行 AI 官宣，11 月 4 日开放测试
苹果宣布，首批 Apple 智能功能将于 11 月 4 日随 iOS 开发者 Beta 版在中国开放测试，并于 12 月随 iOS 27.3 正式推出。苹果与阿里巴巴合作，在 Siri、写作工具和视觉智能的部分体验中接入千问，支持文本与图像理解。
首批功能包括信息、FaceTime 和电话中的实时翻译，写作工具的改写、校对与摘要，照片消除、自然语言搜索及回忆影片创建，以及智绘表情、通知摘要和优先邮件等。用户登录千问账户或使用「通过 Apple 登录」后，可在系统内调用千问；写作工具中的「创作」功能也可借助千问生成内容。
支持设备包括 iPhone 15 Pro、iPhone 15 Pro Max、iPhone 16 及后续机型、iPhone Duo 和 iPhone Air。此次更新不包含 Siri AI 及苹果在 WWDC 2026 上公布的其他下一代 Apple 智能功能，其他平台需获得必要审批后推出。
面对面对话翻译需配合安装最新固件的 AirPods 5、AirPods 4 主动降噪款、AirPods Pro 2 及后续机型，或 AirPods Max 2 使用。

据 The Information 报道，DeepSeek 本月完成了约 1055 亿元人民币（约 158 亿美元）的第二轮融资，来自近 30 家投资者，投后估值为 6155 亿元人民币。
报道称，腾讯和宁德时代仍是 DeepSeek 的前两大投资者。本轮新加入的投资方包括长鑫存储及其董事长朱一明，以及中芯国际。vivo、美团、美的、立讯精密、吉利、携程和小红书也参与其中，单家出资规模在 10 亿至 30 亿元人民币之间。
国有电信运营商中国移动、中国电信，投行中金公司、中信证券，以及保险公司中国人寿，出资规模在 20 亿至 80 亿元人民币之间。国家人工智能产业发展基金再次出资 10 亿元人民币，与首轮相同，且是直接投资 DeepSeek。
DeepSeek 在约 6 个月内累计融资 1365 亿元人民币，梁文锋另外向公司投入 20 亿元人民币。
特斯拉推出 5 年零息方案，Model 3 / Y 首付 3.99 万元起
特斯拉在中国推出新一轮 5 年零息购车金融方案，活动时间为 10 月 30 日至 11 月 30 日（含）。据界面新闻，Model 3 和 Model Y 的后轮驱动版、长续航后轮驱动版及长续航全轮驱动版可参加，首付均为 3.99 万元起。
本轮方案采用「首付 + 月付 + 期末尾款」的结构。Model 3 尾款立减 1 万元后，五年月供最高约 2429 元；Model Y 尾款立减 4000 元后，五年月供最高约 2995 元。两者在分期结束时均另有 3.99 万元尾款。
Model Y L 首付为 5.99 万元起，五年月供最高约 3920 元，期末尾款同为 3.99 万元。特斯拉中国 Model 3 订购页也列出了限时 5 年零息和指定版本尾款立减权益。

开发者 SmuOS 展示了在微软 Surface Duo 2 上运行 iOS 27 的最新进展。这次使用的是 iPhone Duo 版本，系统桌面可以识别折叠设备的内外屏布局。

OpenAI 重构模型规范，将「忠于人类意图」列为首项准则
近日，OpenAI 更新 Model Spec，以五项价值重新组织模型行为原则：忠于人类意图、减少伤害、诚实透明、保障人的自主选择，以及审慎关怀。规范面向驱动 ChatGPT 和 API 等产品的 GPT 模型，公开说明公司希望如何塑造模型行为。
新版把用户和开发者想完成什么放在核心位置，同时保留指令层级与安全边界。对于目标尚不明确的任务，模型应结合上下文理解意图；对事实、证据、不确定性、能力和实际采取的行动，则应如实说明，让人能够评估其工作。
规范还专门讨论了即时指令与长期目标之间的张力：模型可以提示被忽略的后果、帮助用户思考，但不能把自己预测用户将来会作出的选择，视为用户已经作出的决定。OpenAI 表示，线上模型尚未完全达到规范要求，公司将继续调整训练与系统。

大众 CFO：电动车热销也带来利润压力，须加快降本
大众集团 CFO 兼 COO Arno Antlitz 在前三季度业绩声明中表示，电动车在欧洲的订单占比达到 40%，但现阶段电动车利润低于燃油车，销量增长也给盈利带来额外压力。

Reddit CEO：Google AI Mode 没给网站带来流量
Reddit CEO Steve Huffman 在第三季度财报电话会上表示，Google 的 AI Mode 没有给 Reddit 带来流量；据他所知，其他网站也没有从中受益。

奇瑞汽车公布截至 9 月底的未经审计业绩，前三季度收入为 2412.34 亿元，上年同期为 2148.33 亿元；归母净利润为 139.63 亿元，上年同期为 143.65 亿元。
期内毛利润由 294.64 亿元增至 390.04 亿元。研发费用由 78.78 亿元增至 110.46 亿元，销售与行政费用也有所增加。
汇率变化影响了其他收支：本期录得汇兑净损失 31.71 亿元，上年同期则有汇兑净收益 29.74 亿元。
传音第三季度营收下降 27.45%，前三季度归母净利润仍增长
传音控股披露第三季度报告：第三季度营业收入为 148.49 亿元，同比下降 27.45%；归母净利润为 8.57 亿元，同比下降 8.40%；扣非归母净利润为 4.36 亿元，同比下降 47.72%。
拉长至前三季度，收入为 502.80 亿元，同比增长 1.49%；归母净利润为 26.30 亿元，同比增长 22.44%。公司在报告中将第三季度扣非利润下降与供应链成本上升、市场容量变化带来的收入减少联系起来。
前三季度经营活动现金流净流出 98.73 亿元。公司称，存储价格上升、备货增加及采购支付增长影响了现金流。
火山引擎将商业化列为首要目标，MaaS 上半年收入达 48 亿元
据《晚点 LatePost》10 月 30 日报道，火山引擎的 MaaS（模型即服务）业务上半年收入达到 48 亿元，毛利率超过 55%，是字节跳动当前收入规模最大的 AI 业务。
报道援引知情人士称，火山引擎从年中开始把商业化定为最重要的业务指标，并上调原定 150 亿元的年度收入目标。此前，业务更重视 Token 调用量；企业按使用量付费，而不同模态的模型计费方式各异，调用量与收入并不总是同步增长。
火山引擎既提供 Seed、Seedance 等自研模型，也接入 DeepSeek、智谱等第三方模型。报道称，目前这些模型推理服务均有正毛利；豆包工作还计划面向企业客户接入更多第三方模型，采用订阅费与按量付费结合的方式。
长鑫第三季度营收突破千亿元，归母净利润环比增长 3.01%
长鑫科技 10 月 30 日披露三季报：第三季度营业收入为 1187.14 亿元，同比增长 613.18%、环比增长 19.30%；归母净利润为 544.35 亿元，同比扭亏、环比增长 3.01%。归母净利润的环比增幅低于营收。
公司称，全球算力需求增长、主要厂商产能调配推动 DRAM 供不应求，加上自身产能建设与产品结构调整，带动产品销量和价格上涨。第三季度毛利率为 89.53%，较上季度提高 1.94 个百分点。
前三季度，公司营业收入为 2690.24 亿元，归母净利润为 1320.40 亿元。同期研发投入 110.71 亿元，同比增长 73.03%；基于第六代技术平台开发的 DRAM 产品已完成工程样片验证。
联发科第三季度营收增长 18.3%，归母净利润增长 10.6%
联发科公布第三季度业绩：收入为 1680.58 亿新台币，同比增长 18.3%、环比增长 10.4%；归属母公司净利润为 278.82 亿新台币，同比增长 10.6%。
公司称，Smart Edge 新项目放量，以及电视系统芯片的 DRAM 含量提高，带动了收入增长。季度毛利率为 46.3%，较上季度提高 0.1 个百分点，较上年同期下降 0.2 个百分点。

诺贝尔经济学奖得主、MIT 教授 Daron Acemoglu 在彭博最新专访中表示，他此前低估了智能体 AI 的发展速度，但个人生活中使用聊天机器人，与 AI 进入生产流程，仍是两件需要区分的事。
他反对把通用人工智能（AGI）设为唯一发展方向，认为过度执着于这一目标，会让其他用途得不到充分探索。他提出，如果更多 AI 人才能转向提高劳动者生产力、扩大公民自主权等目标，技术就会沿这些方向发展；他也认为，中国比美国更积极地尝试把 AI 融入生产流程。

日本餐饮连锁松屋披露，会员系统遭未授权访问，涉及约 237.7 万条会员记录，可能包含会员编号、姓名、地址、电话号码及积分信息。
据 Impress Watch 原始报道，另一部分约 2000 条、最多可能约 3000 条记录还涉及出生日期、电子邮箱和加密密码。公司称，系统没有保存信用卡信息。
松屋于 10 月 28 日发现异常，随后展开调查，并向个人信息保护委员会报告，计划联系受影响会员。
