围绕这个理念,AgentHosting 明确了三个方向:Here to Run,让任务持续运行;Here to Connect,让需求找到合适的能力;Here to Govern,让团队使用有序、责任清楚。

Over the past two years, AI has been growing at a rate almost beyond everyone's expectations. But when you look at the Token data set that the National Data Agency revealed, you believe a lot of people are still surprised: Our daily average Token call grew from 100 billion in early 2024 to over 500 trillion in July 2026 and over 5,000 times in two years.
What is this concept? Two years ago, 100 billion might still be a trial-level amount, and it's just a taste when you're done writing an AI, asking questions and answers. But now it's 500 trillion dollars, which can be considered a “production-grade” amount, and AI applications moving from individual to broader enterprise scenarios, and the enterprise side is accelerating. But from “used” to “goodly used”, there are some “breakpoints”.
At the 2026 Tencent Global Digital Ecology Congress, held on 29 October, the Senior Executive Vice-President of the Tencent Group, CEO of the Clouds and Wisdom Industry Enterprise, CEO Thompson, speaking about the downfall of the Enterprise Agent, mentioned that the key to getting through these “breakpoints” is “connecting” — connecting people, tools, systems and data, allowing LLM to understand business context and actually enter workflow.
In this judgement, the Tencent cloud will create the Agent productivity system of "the whole scene, efficient, more reassuring". How the hell did the system land? Tencent clouds put the answer into the publish platform of the Digital Ecology Congress: with two days, four blocks, seven major issues, 40+ field publish, the system was dismantled to each of the application, data, safety and engineering stages, leading to a product map of the Enterprise Agent productivity system.
40+ Field publish: Project Coordinates on Agent Productivity Map
On this map, the application answers first to what Agent can do for employees and businesses, data answers to Agent how to read business, secure answers to Agent's boundaries, engineering answers to Agent how to run steady and affordable.
See the application first. As stated earlier, Yudosheng attributed the key to the downfall of the Enterprise Agent to “connection” and to application, and the answer given by the Tencent cloud was more open.
WorkBuddy will fully open its product architecture, while supporting enterprise self-study of access to Agent and ecological third parties Agent, including a third party IM system. "The choice of models, what to pick up, what to use, IM, is in the hands of the enterprise." According to Thomason, an increasing number of enterprises have formed their own business, Agent, on the basis of WorldBuddy, to build a new generation of enterprise intelligence hubs.
In addition, the Tencent cloud also has publish, an integrated package for the workstation with WorkBuddy, Buddy One, which places tools such as WorkBuddy, Tencent meetings, Tencent documents, Tencent webpads, in the same set of accounts, scorecards and contextes, with full access to internal and external ecology.
The application answered what Agent could do, and the ability of a dozen products to upgrade was quite lively, but it was the availability and understanding of data that determined their usefulness. The Tencent cloud depicts the “wide scene”, not only of the application itself, but also of the data platform that allowed Agent to enter the enterprise workflow.
The AI product publish data block discusses how to get Agent to quickly access and read business data and to string six products into a chain of "know-store-run-autonomy."
Among them, AI's original multi-module database TDSQL Nexa Lakebase is responsible for “understand”, providing semantic construction and understanding through Knowledge, building a sustainable and evolving semantic layer between enterprise data and Agent; Multi-modular AI Data Base TDSQL Boundless solves the problem of “storage”, with a set of internal checks, widths, analyses, searches and semantic searches; TDSQL-C PostgreSQL is responsible for “runs”, providing flexible, isolated database backends for Agent; TencentDB Agent is responsible for “autonomy”, encapsulating the multi-year Tencent cloud database of experience with Skill, allowing Agent to take over DBA work.
The more capable Agent is, the more data and systems it encounters, the more difficult the boundary issues are to be bypassed.
Of the security blocks of the AI product publish, seven sharing bases extend from AI to operational security. At the defensive level, the new generation of cloud security centres moved from passive defence to active operation, integrating mainframe, container and cloud security posture management; Tencent clouds were impenetrable with AI-driven autonomous penetration to boost defence, with single station verification at an average cost of about 91 minutes and 100 dollars to enable enterprises to efficiently upgrade safe water levels. On the operational security side, Agent is driven by black-and-white intelligence, and risk analysis and tactical optimization is done at any time and at any time in dialogue.
Applications, data, security, answers to Agent's questions, what he can do, how he can answer right, where the border is. But to ensure that these capabilities are stable and affordable, there is also a need for engineering.
The key word for the Agent project was summed up as “efficient”, and one of the major changes he observed was the dramatic increase in the use and cost of Token in the enterprise as it continued to infiltrate the office and business landscape. Businesses need to move from using the strongest and most expensive models in a rough way to pursuing value for money, with precision matching different models for different tasks.
There is a real need for a detailed accounting of this account. According to Gartner, a simple chat robot spends 0.01 US dollars on a mission that could be performed at a cost of about US$ 1.50 for AI Agent, which is capable of reasoning; and Agent needs to consume 5-30 times more than Token on average to do the same. It is expected that the AI reasoning costs of individual Agent workflow will increase more than fivefold by 2028.
Of course, Agent's cost is not determined by the unit price of a single model, but it depends on how, how long and how many models Agent runs. A cheaper model would not solve all the problems. Achieving “efficiency” requires engineering answers. In the AI product publish project block, the Tencent cloud provides a structured response from Agent Hosting (Agent Hosting and Governance), the Agent Infra product programme, and Maas services and training in three main directions.
New publish AgentHosting: Make Aha happen at all times
Let's start with Agen Trust and Governance. Individuals use Agent to see whether it can easily carry out their tasks; businesses use Agent, and there is also a need to consider who will manage it, how costs will be controlled, and whether experience can sink and reuse.
At AI Products publish, Tencent clouds upgraded the original cloud-side hosting Agent Products Series to a unified brand, AgentHosting (https://ah.tencent.com/), bringing together the capacity of the LighthouseAgent, ClawPro, SkillHub, Octop, to cover Agent Cloud Operations, Enterprise Management, Skills Ecology and Smart Transport, and to provide support to individuals, developers and enterprises from deployment to sustainable use. But if it is understood as just a brand upgrade, it's probably too narrow, and Tencent, in essence, wants to answer by Agent Hosting, which is the ability of Agent to add when he enters a wider business landscape.
Shawna, Deputy General Manager of Tencent Cloud General Calculator, shared three “Aha Moments” of team experience.
The first Aha from Agent continues to run in the clouds. OpenClaw, when deployed on the Lighthouse and connected to chat tools, allows users to send assignments through familiar windows. "The computer turned off and AI helped you move things forward."
The second Aha comes from the enthusiasm of users for AI. On 6 March, the team helped users deploy OpenClaw at North Square, Tencent Building. People of different ages and professions came to the scene and everyone wanted to know what AI could do for themselves. From the live to the national tour, the team saw more people expect from AI.
The third Aha took place during the branding process. It took the team one to two weeks to complete the brand design, official network and video production through AI, from a conceptual collision to a landing. This exercise also made the team feel that AI is changing the way the team works.
Three "Aha Hours", which correspond to cloud run, user use and teamwork, also explain the origins of the name AgentHosting. The brand's initial “AH” echoes both Aha Moment and “Always Here”. Aha is a surprise when new possibilities are discovered, and Always Here is a constant companion of cloud power, allowing Agent to catch up and move forward.
With this idea in mind, AgentHosting has defined three directions: Here to Run, to keep the mission running; Here to Conect, to find the right capabilities; and Here to Govern, to allow the team to use in an orderly and accountable manner.
It falls on the product, and each of the four products has its share.
Lighthouse Agent says "Where to run." According to Tencent Lighthouse Agent, the director of the product Cao Nan, Lighthouse Agent supports mainstream Agent rapid cloud deployment with light cloud Tencent. Agent runs on the user-owned Lighthouse example, where the user can select mirrors, models and operating configurations to build its own cloud-end Agent working environment.
In the face of tasks requiring multi-player engagement, Lighthouse Agen supports the organization of multiple Agent division of labour collaborations through manual or intelligent community-building. Users can also view the performance of web-page tasks via the cloud desktop; when key steps are encountered, such as login, uploading of documents, you can take over the operation and then continue with Agent. For tasks requiring continuous follow-up, such as inspections, the user can set a timed task to enable Agent to perform as planned in the cloud and to send the results to the connected information channel. The cloud task continues after the local device offline.
ClawPro is responsible for "how." The director of Tencent ClawPro's products, Huang Xing Ting, announced the official full volume of publish by ClawPro on channel publish. It is the Agent Control Platform for Tencent Clouds for Enterprises, which supports the unification of the subpipe cloud end with the local Agent, centralizing the organization permission, model quotas, Token usage and security audits. Businesses can settle down their knowledge, skills and work practices, maintain and distribute them to team members, so that employees can open up and use them; or access existing business systems through API.
SkillHub addresses “where skills come from”. Tencent Light Cloud Products Director Jong Woo shares the latest developments in SkillHub skills ecology and publish Skillpay capabilities at AI product publish. SkillHub supports the launch of installation in the Agent dialogue, helps users to select skills through TRACE assessments, and provides security testing and clearance records to inform users about the source of skills and the risks of use. Currently, the total number of SkillHub skills is over 200,000, with cumulative downloads exceeding 200 million and monthly downloads exceeding 50 million.
SkillPay of publish also links the transaction and delivery of skills services: the service provider can encapsulate the existing service or API as Pay Skill, set a single service price and publish; the user and Agent can purchase and call the required service on a sub-purchase basis, the service results are returned to the current task and the related orders and results are also available.
Octop is open to open source. As an open-source, self-hosted AI Agent engine, it uses cloud server traffic as a core entry point, extending continuously to more specialized niches based on open-source community ecology. Supporting the long chain of arms, Agent could store the reference to the content of the output and the basis of the reasoning on the top chain, enabling the rapid completion of the evidence and verification in case of dispute.
According to Tencent Cloud Octop product manager Hsu Jiahua, Octop connects to Tencent Clouds, users can view the information, configuration and operational status of the server within the authorized range and initiate diagnostic or inspection missions through dialogue. With respect to server anomalies, Octop can provide a review of expert experience, tools, knowledge base and memory tissue to provide a basis for inspection and recommendations for processing; when disposal operations are required, disposal and review will take place after confirmation by the user. The user can also set the inspection by example or task range and receive the inspection report by moving the IM regularly. In addition to the traffic scenes, community developers have applied Octop to a wide range of cross-practice scenarios, such as lawyers' desks, clinicians, shop management, and international admissions.
The four products together, AgentHosting answers how to keep Agent running in the clouds, allowing teams to use orderly, accountable, and users to find appropriate skills and competencies.
However, the fact that an enterprise is able to manage Agent does not mean that the bottom run problem has been solved. A company with dozens of Agents and tens of thousands of Agents running at the same time requires very different cloud resources. With the increase in the number of tasks, the question of whether the implementation environment can be created quickly, whether it can be restored after the suspension of the mission and how data can be shared among multiple Agents becomes new.
In the Agent Infra issue, the Tencent cloud answered in eight products how to get Agent from “capable of running” to “scalable, reliable and sustainable production”.
How do we get Agent to move from being able to run to being able to scale up and produce sustainably?
Tencent Cloud Runtme Li Jia Nam, who is the producer of ZQQ94 Z round-table in AI, took a check: traditional applications allow a large number of requests to be repeated in a small number of instances, while Agent needs a cloud computer. If an enterprise has 100,000 digital employees, it may need 100,000 sandboxes behind it.
Behind this account are structural differences. Traditional applications are mostly non-existent, requests are processed when they are received, releases are released once they are processed, and few examples can be carried together. Agent has a state, can operate independently, to run continuously, and each Agent is like a stand-alone position. WorkBuddy is more extreme, it is a session level isolation, and each user session is immediately followed by an isolation sandbox. The scale of the pressure it brings can be described as “terror”.
How do you keep them running, how do you keep them running? The Tencent cloud was completely upgraded for this purpose, with systematic enhancements around key links such as context management, tool call, safety sandboxes, observations, assessments, etc. This upgrade, it was described, covered the running, governance, evolution: the field of operation allowed Agent to run smoothly, the governance of Agent managed, and the evolution of the field allowed Agent to grow smarter.
Last year, the first Tencent cloud, publish Agent Runtme, provided a large-scale flexible, safe and isolated implementation environment from Sandbox. At the time, there were several routes in the industry: adaptation on Kubernetes, cloud function FaaS, or restructuring of cloud desktops, cloud cell phones. The Tencent cloud has chosen a more difficult path: from the Agent load feature, the movement control, computing, storage and network has been reconfigured. Equivalently, a new set of clouds was built for Agent.
This year, the upgraded Agent Runtme provides standard sandboxes such as codes, browsers, desktops, mobile phones and training environments such as SWE, OSWorld, compatible with E2B SDK. The training landscape re-engineered the resource delivery chain, pre-assessed the environment, decoupling the implementation environment with Harness; the service scene moved the hibernation mechanism to the cloud, suspended and released the calculus, kept the work site free, supported by the flex block storage, Agent CBS and "Golden" accelerator techniques, and the flash drive woken to milliseconds. The field also provides Agent Cluster for K8s and BYOC, Agent Engineering for deployment voice management, and Managed Harness for internal open source.
According to the data, Tencent clouds Agent Runtme has reduced the cold start time for sandboxes to 60 milliseconds, creating 160,000 sandboxes per minute for training scenes, creating 600,000 sandboxes per minute for Agent scenes, and supporting million-scale sandboxes online on a single geographical basis. In typical scenarios, the infrastructure helps to increase the iterative efficiency of models by 30 to 87 per cent, and now supports more than 10 model manufacturers such as hybrids, MiniMax, step-by-step stars, surface walls, etc.
It's more worth the cost. In the Agent service, the unit DAU cost is significantly reduced by optimizing the operation of the resource and storage mechanism. The industry talks about Agent costs, with most eyes on models Token, but sandboxes, storage and idle resources are also real expenses. Agent was waiting for most of the time to continue with the idle resources of paid, a bill that could easily be ignored in a scalable operation. The Agent service requires session-level isolation, with each user session starting a sandbox immediately behind it, which puts down unit DAU costs, meaning that the same budget supports more active users.
As the key implementing environment in the Agent Runte field, sandboxes need to be isolated and fast simultaneously. CubeSandbox, the flexible sandbox platform of the Tencent cloud open source, addresses this dilemma: Agent's implementation is not a credible code and isolation must be done, but isolation often means slow start-up and high cost. Traditional sandbox programmes can be launched lightly but with weak isolation; virtualization programmes are isolated and slow to start.
According to the CubeSandbox coremantainer, and the Tencent Cloud Senior Engineer Lee, CubeSandbox provides an independent MicroVM for each sandbox, with hardware-level isolation. The network layer is based on eBPF to achieve inter-sand box isolation and out-post flow control, and the storage layer ensures data isolation through mechanisms such as reproduction when writing. Sensitive key hosting is on the side of the platform, the platform hijacks network traffic, injects API requests and the key does not enter the sandbox; all network access is audited and the Intranet is protected by default. CubeSandbox compatible E2B SDK, which allows the developer to migrate without changing the business code.
Agent also features a type of re-engineering: snapshots, cloning, rollbacks, pauses and restorations. The traditional scheme works for decades, and CubeSandbox makes them milliseconds of API. The snapshot can be completed in 60 milliseconds, the cloned copies run independently, without prejudice, and can be implemented immediately after rollback, suitable for environmental abnormality recovery and mass experiments. The data show that CubeSandbox is 50 and P95 is 90 ms; the additional costs of a single sandbox are less than 5 MB, and the single confidentiality can be above 1,000 levels.
Since April 2026, the CubeSandbox version has been updated to V0.7.3 and has received 13 million Stars, over 1,000 Fork, 106 external developers submitted 990 PRs. Lee also predicted in publish the three capabilities of version 0.8.0: the preservation mechanism automatically detects the health of sandboxes and restarts them in situ, the file system snapshots only preserve the writeable document system to accelerate the recovery of cloning, and the introduction of JuiceFS to support mirror distribution and cross-machine snapshots.
The sandbox solves the problem of quarantine and start-up speed, but how the data in the sandbox is stored, shared and there is another set to be calculated.
The manager of the Tencent cloud file storage product, Kuo Xin, stated that sandboxes had been expanded from hundreds to tens of millions, and that often the first to survive were not calculations but storage. AgentCFS also provides two sets of interfaces for the file system mounted and S3, using a single host connection to store, without the need to chain each sandbox; the mounted permission is centrally managed by the Platform and data from different sandboxes are segregated. The data show that 4K32 and randomly read IOPS 160, 4K single-flow P50 delayed 14 microseconds. Nocode replaces a post-performance upgrade of 100% or more.
Agent Bucket handles AI products. Tencent cloud products expert Queen's Curtain mentioned that the number of AI age users and Agents may have increased to millions or even billions, and that the isolation of big space and the division of permission have become new problems; data users have also expanded from people to Agent. Agent Bucket introduces Space into object storage structures, allocates separate data spaces to each user or Agent that can be configured with quotas, permission and speed limits, and also supports multi-person sharing.
TencentDB Contexturbo runs context. The Tencent Cloud Database, Senior Product Manager of ContextTurbo, Chen Zitake, is located between Agent and the Model, reducing redundant input into long missions by compression context, and using L0 to L3 four layers of memory to allow Agent to continue the user background and task information. Team memory integrates Chat Memoory, Skill, Wiki and CodeGraph into Memoory Hub, centrally manages attribution, version and state, and then adapts to different Agents in permission. In the PersonaMem assessment, the accuracy of user information understanding increased from 48% to 76%. A retail company uses it to provide in-house passenger service memory support to over 40,000 employees, with a 30 per cent reduction in the rate of access and transfer.
After Agent, who controls every call to models, tools and systems, it's a chain of scale. The Deputy Managing Director of the Tencent Cloud TCS Production Centre, Cao Chong, mentioned a set of comparisons: research by McKinsey shows that 88% of businesses have been using AI in at least one function, but only 6% can actually create significant value with AI. He ran into the business in three ways: unstoppable, one-point-to-point access and one model; unmanageable, sensitive data, prompt injections, AI agentpermission do not have borders; and inexplicably, Token consumes a black box and costs are unclear in which department.
The Tencent cloud AI gateway, in the form of a stand-alone gateway product, is officially publish, and both versions of the public cloud and private cloud are fully consistent with product capacity, console experience and governance standards, and governance strategies can be seamlessly migrated to private clouds. LLM gateway integrated access to hybrids, DeepSeek, etc., mainstream LLM, which supports intelligent paths by cost, delay, semantics, etc., and provides multi-level Fallback disaster transitions; MCP gateway converts the HTTP interface to the MCP tool to achieve authorization control and call retention marks for tool particle size; and Agent gateway harmonizes AI agent with permission. In terms of security compliance, certification rights, input-output two-way content testing, privacy desensitization, injection of prompt into a four-layer protective system; in terms of cost-governance, support for accurate measurement of Token usage by sector, application dimension and over-alignment. AI agent, developed by ADP or hosted by Agent Runtime - including AI agent, which is used by WorkBuddy - can be distributed to TokenHub or TI-ONE after uniform governance through the AI gateway.
AgentObs solves another type of problem. The senior product manager of Tencent cloud CLS Wong mentioned a very realistic figure: tens of thousands of conversations per day, users generally do not respond proactively, and coverage is less than 5 per cent based on work orders, dots and manual tests alone. Even if a problem is identified, a single request is a line log, and nothing can be seen about what is recalled in the middle, what tools are returned; whether the change has changed or not, it is not clear that anyone is afraid to board.
There are three things that AgentObs has to do: to see, to find, to be tested for each optimization. It is based on the OpenTelemetry protocol, which supports the 20-class Agent and Agent mainstream framework, from running large disks, talking sessions, calling chains down to smart diagnostics, and analysing error nodes from AI. This focused publish quality assessment and Agent evolution, automatic entry of bad cases, multi-source scoring, and backdoor prohibition of regravity. He also mentioned an interesting change: Previously, observational data had been based on peacekeeping development, and there was also interest in products and algorithms, and observations were moving from “business tools” to “quality tools”.
Tencent isomeric engineers and Team AI executive Seo Zhibo shared an internal team data: about 5% of the long-end sessions consumed more than 50% of Token. The completion of the task by different users in a dialogue has resulted in the explosion of context, or a large task has been repeatedly raised over and over again. Each team should have its best practices, but it is a real question how to reach the team members quickly and automatically, often in the hands of those who go before the comparison.
TEAMAI places team skills, rules, tool configurations and pedals in team Git repository, local and cloud-based AI automatic syncs, and corrects the moving merger request. It supports 16 tools, such as WorldBudy, CodeBudy, Claude Code, and so on, an order to organize the code changes that have been made. The same AI runs 40 times, from 25 to 0 in violation of the team rules; 149 sets of pedestals rise from 67 to 89 per cent. GitHub Star has more than 5,000 projects since the start of April this year.
Eight products form a link from operation, governance to evolution: the field of operation allows Agent to run smoothly, the area of governance is controlled by Agent, and the evolution makes Agent smarter. Over the past long time, Agent has been discussed in the industry, and it has been easy to focus on modelling capabilities, but what really makes it possible for businesses to put Agent into business processes is often the slow start-up of sandboxes, unsustainability of storage, failure to call and failure to identify engineering problems.
After these problems have been resolved, the enterprise has to continue to make an accounting: where did the model come from? What models should be used for different missions? How do you balance the speed of reasoning with the cost of calculation? These are also questions that need to be answered by Maas services and training for acceleration.
The more models are used, the firm starts working on it.
Models continue to grow and the way in which enterprises select models is changing.
The Tencent cloud TokenHub product owner, Ho Shiu, shared an observation on the ground: in the past, businesses tended to prioritize the most powerful models; now, with the increased use of Agent, you are beginning to select models of different sizes according to the task. Complex tasks, such as coding, continue to use more LLM and medium models, office, Agent scenes gradually shift to small and medium models, and general conversations are given more to small models.
The reason for this is that an Agent mission may require multiple calls. If the most expensive models are used at every step, the costs will accrue quickly. Businesses need to consider not just modelling capacity, but whether every token is worth spending.
TokenHub, this upgrade is mainly centred on model supply, service stability, use experience and cost governance. In terms of model supply, TokenHub, in addition to the Tencent mix, aggregates mainstream models such as DeepSeek, GLM, MiniMax, Kimi, covering the capabilities of text reasoning, code, image, video, audio and 3D and allowing users to experience new capabilities in the first day of the model publish through the focus model Day0 access.
In terms of service, Ho has focused on three scenarios: Clients and voice calls can be used to reserve pre-arranged throughput capacity by TPM; financial statements and wind analysis can provide exclusive reasoning resources by modeling units, combined with AICC ' s credible running of protected data links; operation batching and batch data analysis can reduce costs by using offline reasoning services and walk-in queues. In terms of purchase methods, TokenHub launched the Token Plan Enterprise, which is a monthly subscription to a team, and Saving Plan, which is a monthly concession to a firm with a steady usage and a monthly consumption commitment. In terms of access, TokenHub launched Skill and CLI to enable AI assistants to help complete model selection, configuration, access code generation, and post-line clearance of peacekeeping issues.
With regard to security, TokenHub established a four-tiered security compliance system covering basic operating hours, enterprise assets, data content and compliance risks. Model modules provide exclusive reasoning resources that combine security mirrors, credible start-up and running time to measure clear resources and run boundaries; AICC provides end-to-end encryption to protect the transmission of requests and results.
The cost of a model call is an account, and the efficiency of the reasoning service itself is another account. The Tencent cloud TI-ONE product manager, Yang Muwon, mentioned that it was easy for enterprises to deploy their own reasoning services and to meet production-level engineering standards. The power utilization of the Prefill and Decode phases, the reuse of cache, the optimization of the algorithm, the suitability of the chip, and the continued operation on-line will affect final performance and cost.
TI-ONE This upgrade is focused on faster, more economical and easier to use. For performance, TI-ONE optimizes the ability to deduce national chips based on five layers of technology: data-routing optimization increases the effective bandwidth by 325 per cent; calculator re-engineering accelerates the single number by 9 times; parallel and communication optimization reduces the size of the TPOT by 23 per cent; multi-level cache increases the capacity of the KV pool by about 7 times and delays in the first words of the long context scene by 87 per cent; cluster movement and route control increases the rate of cache hit from 80 per cent to over 92 per cent, and cluster ingestion by 50 to 70 per cent.
These technologies are encapsulated in the TACO accelerator engine and are embedded in TI-ONE. On a primary national production card, the real Agent business test for three mainstream open-source models increased by five times the single-calorage of Hy4-preview, 3.5 times the GLM-5.3-Flash and 2.5 times the DeepSeek-V4-Pro.
On the cost side, TTI-ONE supports the deployment of tides to enterprises through resource sets, quotas and global priorities. During the day, priority is given to securing on-line reasoning, while at night, training or data processing tasks can be arranged to reduce arithmetical idleness. In terms of ease of use, the platform reduces differences in the use of different chips through a platform, framework, driver and four-floor adaptation system, and provides a reasoning template to sink configurations such as mirrors, start-up orders, environmental variables and resource specifications to lower deployment thresholds.
Tencent clouds this time also have the official publish special cloud AI package for industries with stringent requirements for data entry, such as finance, government and health. According to Tencent, which specializes in clouds, TokenHub, Director-General of Products, Wang Quan, the unique cloud AI package is geared towards the ability of large and medium-sized enterprises to provide access from isomeric algorithms, model services to Agent for operation and application, with access to WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy and unified navigator. It is dedicated to cloud TokenHub presets mainstream models such as DeepSeek, GLM, Tencent hybrids to generate a three-step start-up model service that is compatible with Open AI interface specifications by selecting models, deployment templates and publish API.
Models and Agent enter the production environment, and there is another easy task to ignore: to protect the accumulated data. According to the Tencent cloud storage product manager, the AI assets that the enterprise needs to protect include private domain documentation, language and RAG knowledge base, Agent configuration, session memory, and training data sets, CHeckpoint and model weights. She gave the example of 32 card parallel training: if the training went down until the sixth day, and the most recent Checkpoint was three days ago, it could lose about 72 hours of training.
The BDRC, the disaster preparedness centre of Tencent Clouds this time in publish, is able to centrally manage documents, objects, databases and Agent storage in the cloud and in the local environment. For AI applications, the knowledge base documentation and text material can be restored by backup, the Agent configuration and session memory can be recovered by Agent storage backup, and the training of Checkpoint and logbooks can use high-frequency time backup to help the enterprise mitigate the damage caused by the failure.
From model selection, Token governance, to reasoning acceleration, privatization deployment, and data protection, these products cover Agent ' s key links from the call to the production environment. For an enterprise, modeling capacity is only the starting point, and it determines how far AI can go if it can keep the call costs under control, keep the algorithms alive and protect the data and business assets accumulated over time.
Looking back at the two-day AI product publish, the discussion went from Agent applications, data and security to engineering. From the initial focus on what models can do, on what Agent can do, to the current focus on how it can access existing systems, operate on a continuous basis, and manage the resulting increase in resources and costs. Agent's ability is moving forward, and there are more and more engineering links that enterprises need to build.
These projects are not new on their own. Hostage, sandboxes, storage, gateways, observability, acceleration of reasoning and disaster preparedness are all capabilities already available on the cloud. The difficulty is to put them together into a system that allows Agent to operate on a long-term basis, allowing the model to be accounted for, keeping track of task execution and allowing data assets to be placed. Only if these issues are gradually addressed will it be possible for businesses to hand over more work to Agent.
