Worken

GPT-6 Astra's performance in simulation and real machine testing has given rise to a new debate in the smart industry: What is the value of developing specialized body models when universal LLM becomes stronger? Where will the competition barriers for robotics be built?
On the occasion of the Day of Innovation, the founder, CEO and CTO Peng Zhihui gave his judgment on the long-term path of physical AI.
In his view, the evolution of physics AI required five leaps: first, the possession of a reliable, scalable robotic body; then real deployment in a vertical scenario; further development of a physical AI base model capable of trans-mission; then moving from a single-computer intelligence to a group learning and co-evolution; and, finally, robotics will be expected to be involved in training data production, modelling over time, and even their own manufacturing and transport, to achieve self-empowerment of physical intelligence systems.
Five leaps point to one end: to make the effective hours of intelligent work created by robots a productive resource that human society can sustainably mobilize and to drive physical AI to higher levels of intelligence.
Along this path, regardless of the future evolution of General LLM, intellectuals believe that a scalable, reliable robotic body will continue to be of value; and that the development of physical AI is a very systemic issue of a long chain, which must be filled with data, models, home, scenery.
As a result, Ji-won has chosen the path of full hardware and software development. Building up motor, operational and interactive intelligence on the basis of a mass mass product and creating a continuously evolving technological system through real deployment of data, optimized models and products.
In late October, Ji-won focused in AI WAVE on the latest developments on this technology route, covering:
- Body and core hardware: third-generation hardware architecture AHA3, heavy-loading industrial robot Elf G2 Max, and core hardware such as liquid cold joints, smart hands and mego Glove.
- Motion intelligence: AGILE technical framework covering small brain matrix, generating motor models, sensory integration models and motor intelligence self-evolution AI agent.
- Operational intelligence: the third generation base model GO-3 Preview, the group experience learning module CEL and the Gene Master framework for continuous post-deployment learning.
- Interactive intelligence: full-state end-to-end interactive model WITA-OMNI, which promotes robotic interaction from traditional questions and answers to natural, real-time multimodular interactions.
- Software platforms and ecology: the canal OS 1.0, Genie Studio 2.0 and recent developments in the AIMA Open Technology System.
Of even greater concern is the fact that Ji-won has also introduced a new production strength concept — Worken — which attempts to measure the effective and intelligent working hours actually created by robots in terms of the number of active robots, the length of their own work and the energy efficiency ratio of their output.
In the last two days of AI WAVE, Ji-won brought these technologies and ideas into the real business environment. From 2 to 3 November, 6 Elves G2 entered the convenience store, challenging them 24 hours in a row to carry out loading, resupply, handling, hot food production, coffee production, etc., and broadcast the whole process to the public.
From industrial lines to commercial services, from robotics to models, operating systems and open ecology, Jimoto's multiple publishs from AI WAVE this time point to a central question: How can robots' intelligence really translate into sustainable, measurable productivity?
From the factory to the convenience store, how did Ji-won bring the robot into his post?
On November 2, at 10 a.m., 6 G2 robots officially “on board” in a convenience store opened a 24-hour live field operation.
Over a 24-hour period, 6 Elf G2 robots continued to work in real convenience stores, performing a cumulative total of 1730 tasks, including receiving customers 683 times, delivering 369 items of goods, making coffee 147 times, providing breakfast services 126 times, inspecting supplies 277 times and cleaning desktops 128 times. In the end, four robots managed to "righten."
The work of the convenience store is more varied than that of duplicate work on fixed positions. Different commodities have different sizes, shapes and packagings, and tasks such as filling, handling, sub-heat feeding, etc. involve different processes. Robots need to be both precise in identifying and operating items and adapting to environmental changes, performing mission replacements and maintaining stability during long periods of operation.
This is not the first time that Ji-won has put a robot in a real work environment, subject to long public tests. Prior to that, Ji-won had been broadcast live in the factory of the Fulfilled Quantico and in the Ashda retail store, showing the ability of robots to move shelter, top and bottom, and to direct the acquisition of goods.
However, live broadcasting is only one way to test robotic ability to work. What is more important for businesses that actually use robots is whether they can take on jobs in the long term and steadily and integrate into their business processes.
At present, the true deployment of Ji-won has been advanced in a number of fields, including industrial manufacturing, the Cultural Brigade, retail and public services.
In the field of industrial manufacturing, the 3C line of cooperation between Jiwon and Dragon Flag Technology, which came into operation in March 2026, continued for more than seven months at the end of October. The robots were tasked with testing the bottom of the tablets, and the applications were extended from the original single brand tablets to other brand flatboards and substrates of mobile phone products.
At the same time, Elf G2 went into semiconductor encapsulation tests and CNC processing. In semiconductor containment tests, robots need to complete the fine extraction of chip rings and work with other automation devices; in the CNC scenario, a robot can take over the top and bottom of multiple machine beds.
G2 Max, the elf of publish during the AI WAVE period, is further oriented towards heavy-loading industrial operations. According to Ji-won, the prototype has been operationally validated in such industries as food, solarization and warehousing logistics, including tasks such as coding, disassembling, opening, uploading and handling of finished products.
In the area of cultural services, hundreds of intellectual robots have been deployed at the Pearl Sea Long Rise Space Park in different locations to undertake such tasks as orientation lectures, tourist interaction and entertainment performances.
The difficulty of this type of scene lies in the high level of environmental openness: the large number of visitors entering the park every day, the presence of complex noises such as music, radio and human voices, and the unpredictable demands of visitors of different ages and languages.
At the beginning of the project, more than 300 robots were distributed at over 100 points, each with different tasks and environments. To that end, Ji-won has established a unified transport management system to remotely monitor robotic working conditions, deal with anomalies and feed back the data accumulated in practice into model training.
Retail scenes are also expanding. In Chengdu ' s narrow alley, Ji-won has deployed two-foot robots driven by end-to-end models to complete the sale of goods. At present, this package supports more than 20 SKUs, with a total operation of success rate of 98 per cent, and a single operation beat has been reduced from about 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
In addition, on the Guangzhou subway, the Jiwon robot has been assigned security mentoring, travel counselling and on-site patrols. In comparison to the relatively static environment of the plant, underground stations are highly populated and volatile, placing higher demands on the safety, stability and environmental resilience of robotics.
From the convenience store 24 hours a day, to the continuous operation of the industrial line, to the entry of hundreds of robots into the cultural tourism scene, Ji-won is in the process of verifying the actual working capability of the robot in different environments. These scenarios also present different requirements: factories focus on precision, rhythm and reliability, retailing requires smart operations and mission adaptation, and the brigade and public services test interactive capabilities and safety in complex environments.
When robots start taking on real jobs, the industry also needs to answer a more specific question: How much productivity have these robots created and how can they be measured in real terms?
In the face of productivity leaps, Ji-won proposed new measures.
As robots move into real jobs, the criteria for their value change.
In the past, the industry has focused more on robotic output, hardware parameters, modelling capabilities and what can be done; today, clients have begun to care about how long robots can work in a row, how many tasks they can perform, and how much they actually input. Even if a robot were able to perform complex operations, it would be difficult to achieve stable productivity if it were to take over manually every 10 minutes.
Measuring the effective work of robots is beginning to be a real issue in industrial scale development.
In AI WAVE this time, Ji-won introduced a new concept of production strength - Worken. This vocabulary from the World and Token combination seeks to translate the work that robots create in the physical world into quantization and comparable indicators.
Worken calculates three dimensions: active robotics, autonomous working hours and output efficiency ratio.
The number of active robots reflects the size of the robots that actually work, rather than the quantity of goods or stocks; the measurement of how long an autonomous working time will allow robots to perform their tasks independently and reduce manual takeovers; and the output efficiency ratio is used to assess the labour value created by robots over the same period of time, such as how much work a robot can do equivalent to human working hours.
In an interview with the media, the founder, CEO and CTO Peng Zhihui said that, as the industry entered a new stage of development, the way in which robots were evaluated was changing: “Everyone used to look at the so-called parameter table, that is, how powerful the robot's performance parameters were, and to do some cool Demo, the more you look at the next stage is not the parameter table, but the work schedule.”
In his view, eight hours of a robot, doesn't mean eight hours of effective work. The value of robotics can only be measured more fully by linking operational capacity, operational reliability and the output generated by customers.
This change may also affect the business model of robotics.
The senior vice president Wang Bao, Jiwon partner, further discussed possible future business models: The client can purchase robot productivity services based on the actual task, and when the robot completes the task, the fee is calculated according to the complexity of the task and the consumption of Worken. At that time, enterprises may have purchased a set of productivity services that are provided jointly by multiple robots, without having to purchase equipment for each job alone.
On the occasion of the Innovation Day, Ji-won also presented a Worken data board for real deployment scenarios, including the elf G2 of the Dragon Flag Technology Line, the hotel service robot and the Yonglong Man Brigade robot. These robots continue to operate on the ground, providing basic data for Worken ' s calculations.
Worken, however, remains a measure of its wide application, depending on whether the work created by robots in real jobs is measured continuously and accurately.
“The downfall is only a victory for the manufacturing industry, and it is a victory for the physics of AI.” Peng Zhihui said to the media.
How can you build a whole house capacity from the body to the model?
Worken provides a way of measuring robot productivity. However, for robots to continue to create effective working hours, a number of specific technical issues need to be addressed.
Robots require reliable hardware to operate steadily over a long period of time; motor intelligence to adapt to environmental changes, operational intelligence to perform complex tasks and improve success rate through continuous learning; and interactive intelligence to understand human needs and work together in service scenarios such as retailing and civil brigades.
Around these demands, intellectuals form a “triple brain” technology system for the development of in-house hardware and motor intelligence, operational intelligence, and interactive intelligence. In AI WAVE this time, Ji-won focused on the latest results in each direction.
From reliable ingenuity to motor intelligence, adapting to complex physical environments
First, it's hardware.
This time publish's third-generation hardware architecture, AHA3, integrates the three smarts of motion, operation and interaction into the same control system, reducing the size of the control system by 50 per cent and the delay in communications by 90 per cent.
For the industrial scene, Ji-won launched the heavy-loading robot Elf G2 Max, a double-arms rated load of 40kg, a peak of 50kg, to support thermal lifting of batteries, mainly for handling, decorating, etc. At the same time, Ji-won has demonstrated subcutaneous artery systems, special joints, and smart hand products geared to different operational needs to enhance robots ' adaptive capacity in high loads, complex situations and fine operations.
These hardware capabilities also need to be reused between product lines. InfoQ stated that the Central Research and Development Department of Jiwon was in charge of core hardware, joint links, public software platforms and long-term technology reserves, while responding to the research and development needs of the business lines and supporting product development in a platform manner.
In terms of motor intelligence, Ji-won is moving from action imitation to environmental adaptation and autonomous evolution.
This presentation of the AGILE Motion Smart Framework, which covers the generic small brain matrix, the generating motor model, the sensory integrated model and the self-evolution AI agent.
Among them, the Sensory One Model enables robots to adapt their mobility strategies to real-time perception and to complex terrain such as steps, barriers, etc. Further, Ji-won demonstrated the self-evolution of motor intelligence AI agent: When a joint of robots is removed, AI agent is able to call tools, write codes, conduct simulations, and migrate new strategies to real machines to explore the possibility of restoring mobility after a change in hardware status.
Continuous evolution of operational intelligence from pre-training to post-deployment learning
In terms of operational intelligence, Jiwon highlighted the complete path of the model from pre- and post-training to post-deployment learning.
In the pre-training phase, the third generation operating base model GO-3 Preview uses a WRAM structure that combines reasoning, future state predictions and action generation to enhance the capability of robots to extend zero sample and less sample in the face of strange tasks.
In the post-training phase, the CEL group experience learning module, developed by Ji-won in collaboration with the University of Qinghua, has been validated on 100 real machine clusters. success rate for robotics to carry out specific tasks by sharing training experience and using failure cases to improve strategies.
One of the important directions of the UGC founders, co-presidents, and chief executive officer of AI agent, Yao Zhiqing, introduced InfoQ, with the same Scaling effect of post-training. Ji-won continuously collects operational data and updates models through a network of 100 real robotics and training, reasoning clusters. In the same training period, compared to the training scale of 4 robots, 100 real aircraft clusters increased the task success rate from about 50% to 98%.
After deployment, Genee Master had the Agent framework to further explore how robots could gain experience and adapt their operational strategies. For example, in the retail shelf patch, robots are able to adapt their observation and operation to the problem of the protection of their perspectives, increasing the task success rate.
Behind this process are the AGIBOT WORLD data sets, the Mego collection equipment series, and data collection and governance platforms such as beehives, Mego Engineering, which provide continuous data support for models.
From passive response to double-work interaction, interactive intelligence to more natural experience
In terms of interactive intelligence, intellectuals have introduced a full-modular-to-end interactive model WITA-OMNI.
WITA-OMNI integrates vision, voice, emoticon and action into a unified model, and supports a full-work interactive response by listening, with an average response time of about 600 ms compared to traditional speech recognition, language models, and speech synthesis.
Such capabilities have begun to be oriented towards real service scenarios such as Longlong. Faced with a muffled environment and multiple tourists talking at the same time, robots need to judge who is talking to themselves, when to respond, and when to talk and interact with each other in combination with language, expression and action. For robots requiring long-term collaboration with people, the degree of naturality and stability of interaction also affect actual service efficiency.
From hardware products such as AHA3, G2 Max to smart models such as AGILE, GO-3 Preview and WITA-OMNI, this time AI WAVE demonstrates the technological system of covering the physical, motion, operation and interaction.
These technologies are also receiving continuous feedback through real deployment. The data accumulated by robots in plant, retail and service scenarios can be used for post-model training and continuous optimization; proven capabilities can be reused to more robots and scenes.
From real operations to data feedback, modelling, and upscaling of capabilities, Ji-won is trying through this cycle to continuously transform whole-house technology into robotic ability to work in actual jobs.
Concluding remarks
As the universal model expands to the physical world, competition from smart companies will also continue to evolve. Modelling capabilities, reliable physical, complete technological systems and scalable deployment capabilities collectively determine whether robots can actually enter production and service positions.
From AI WAVE ' s centralized technology, publish, to the convenience store, live 24 hours a day, Ji-won is showing the complete path from technology development, product manufacture to real deployment.
As the smart industry moves from scale to scale deployment, the extent to which robots can continue to generate effective labour will be an important measure of technological progress and commercial value.
