Personal Agent

The potential population of Personal Agent is expanding from developers to a broader work and life landscape: from about 47 million active global developers to about 1 billion knowledge workers to about 6 billion ordinary Internet users.
As Agent enters more routine tasks, model calls start embedding into continuous work: there may be multiple rounds of reasoning, tool call and results validation behind a request.
On October 30, 2026, at the Tencent Global Digital Ecology Conference Model and Maas Service Centre, the General Manager of the Tencent cloud Maas Production Centre judged that: “The application has arrived and the model is being used as a pan-office view to accelerate penetration to more scenes.”
He explained this change in three simultaneous trends: the expansion of model capacity to a super-long context, complex mission planning and tool call; the reduction of millions of Token blended values from a dollar to an angle or even a fraction; and the emergence of Agent as the subject of planning and implementation. Business concerns have also changed: Token has insufficient supplies, how model capabilities match tasks, how costs are controlled, how calls are managed, how business goes into production.
In addition to the three variations, an enterprise has to address not only the access model but also the organization of the model into a sustainable service. TokenHub upgrades focus on integrating multi-model access, call dispatch and enterprise governance into the unified platform, so that model selection, call management and usage control can be aligned. Following this link, TTI-ONE continues to advance the upgrading of the training platform; Agent Runtime expands from the sandbox enforcement base to operation, governance and evolution; and WorldBudy moves model capacity into specific office tasks. The overall upgrade of Tencent clouds this time around model supply and productivity applications ultimately points to the same thing: to stabilize model capabilities into business processes at manageable cost and to keep the task moving and delivering results.
There are more and more models, and calling requires a unified movement.
The richer the model is, the more the enterprise needs to choose according to its mandate. The capabilities of code generation, complex reasoning, image and video processing for models, latency and cost requirements vary; the collation, core reasoning and outcome checks for the same long mission are not necessarily suitable for handing over to the same paragraph model. This translates from an “access to one model” to a continuous comparison, selection and movement of multiple models to be managed by an enterprise.
TokenHub has access to hybrid and multiple manufacturer models, covering text reasoning, codes, images, videos, audio and 3D scenarios. The focus model supports Day 0 access, allowing the model to enter the platform on the day of the official publish for validation and use by the enterprise. The platform uses integrated API Key calls for access models that are compatible with mainstream protocols such as Openai, Anthropic, etc.; SDK, CLI and Skill bring access, configuration and barriers into the developers ' tool. When the model is new, the application can follow the same set of access methods and reduce the work of the fit-for-model interface.
After access to the model, the enterprise will have to determine which capacity should be used at each step. TokenHub, which provides platform capabilities such as model selection and evaluation, reasoning acceleration and movement control, is also exploring two additional capabilities: to optimize models based on the enterprise ' s own mission data and to attribute Token usage to specific tasks. To make the route truly fit, it is necessary to compare the effects of different models on specific tasks, latency and costs; the task-level attribution is linked to the department, application and work content. Combining these calls with mission results will enable enterprises to gradually determine which type of model is suitable for which job and to adjust the route accordingly.
The service load will also change the mode of call in addition to the selection model. Clients and voice calls need to be guaranteed throughput at peak traffic, and TokenHub can set aside TPM on a monthly basis to provide throughput security in quota already purchased; sensitive operations such as financial statements, wind control analysis, which can operate model services in independent physical clusters using model modules; and assignments such as latency for batching, batch analysis, etc., which are suitable for submission of offline reasoning and different steps to obtain results. General online operations can also be called on a standard basis. The service hierarchy allows enterprises to choose their capacity, isolation and treatment on a load basis, thereby extending model services from a single call interface to different modes of delivery.
Behind this hierarchy is the question of how resources match loads. Consistency is set aside to avoid a competition between peak requests and ordinary online calls for capacity; sensitive operations obtain clearer resources and data-processing boundaries through stand-alone model modules; and bulk assignments are converted to a staggered reasoning, allowing for the diversion of resources to better fit requests online. Businesses do not need to collage model services for each type of demand, and the platform provides a single access point to deliver different service patterns as required by business.
Model access and service classification are ultimately tested in real calls. The access of Mimo Mi shows how the new model enters the integrated service portal. The MiMo V2.6 series was launched globally in TokenHub and publish was ready to be called on the first day; the number of daily calls increased by more than 15 times over the V2.5 series when it came online. The model ' s path from publish to the application validation was therefore shortened, and the new model entered the real call scene faster.
Call size, cost, permission and safety.
After the model had been called into multiple teams, API Key began to assume a more specific management role: distinguishing between staff and applications, limiting model access, measuring usage and costs, and leaving a trail for audits. TokenHub supports model authorization and setting of quota to view details and account for them by Key or service; by means of ReQuest ID and call metadata, enterprises can retrieve call records, locate anomalies and screen questions. Key Life Cycle Management, Risk Key Disabled or Replacing, Private Internet Access, Request for Information and Source IP White Lists, also includes voucher and network access management.
These capabilities are particularly critical for the use of models for enterprise size. When a developer tested the model himself, API Key primarily addressed connectivity problems; when multiple departments, employees and applications called together, the enterprise also needed to identify who each Key represented, what models it could access, how many quotas it consumed, and how to trace the anomalies. The platform links calls to identity, permission, quota, audit, and model services to the existing management order of the organization.
Cost options also need to match call habits. Coding and Agent are commonly used by R & D teams and can be subscribed to on a monthly basis in the Token Plan enterprise, assigned members and Key ' s quota; after the call for production applications has stabilized, Saving Plan can be used in exchange for monthly consumption commitments in exchange for a volume bill. The ability to establish budget ceilings directly based on the actual costs of the multiple models is still being planned. As an operation uses different models at different stages of the mission, it may not be possible to visualize actual expenditure by looking at the number of Tokens alone; it will be closer to the calibre required for daily budget management by combining prices, discounts and calls.
Further recovery from cost to task is a step forward in corporate governance. Knowing how much Token is used by a team helps to control the budget; knowing whether these calls are used for code development, report generation or knowledge questions and answers provides an opportunity to compare mission effectiveness and input. Task-level attribution, which still requires joint linkages between the platform and the application, will also affect how enterprises assess the real value of model calls in the future.
Safe borders are also to be moved along models. TokenHub covers infrastructure, enterprise assets, data content and call compliance: infrastructure side provision of private network access, computational isolation and AICC credible operating structure; enterprise asset side management voucher, permission, quota and audit; data side input output detection and content protection; and call links involving model watermarks, content identification and traceability. Model modules provide an operating environment for sensitive operations requiring independent resources, and LLM-WAF, as an optional value-added service, detects tips for injection and sensitive data and releases, intercepts or answers in accordance with the self-defined rules. TokenHub supports the reasoning log zero data retention (ZDR) configuration; Tencent clouds also indicate that the business body is not used for Platform training. For the Agent mission, content testing also needs to be linked to tool authorization and implementation segregation to cover the risks from model input to external operations.
The way the platform is used is also changing. TokenHub Skill and CLI support developers compare models within their mandates, generate access configurations and codes, screen questions, view indicators; the operation requires completion of service openings and authorizations, and application configurations are subject to the authority of the developers. In terms of geographical coverage, according to TokenHub Product Manager Ho, Singapore and Silicon Valley are online and Frankfurt plans to do so in the fourth quarter of 2026. Model supply, data retention and content compliance requirements need to be considered together with geographic services. For enterprises operating across regions, where the model operates, how the data are processed and how content compliance is implemented are part of the local business chain of service access.
Model services go into business to see the scale of the platform
Once the model is applied, a long assignment will make the call cost visible. WorkBuddy shared that it is not unusual for a single user request to trigger an average of about 7.2 model calls in a domestic online scene, with complex tasks exceeding 50 paces. Production of a PPT for material reading, content planning, page-by-page generation, tool production and results testing. Users see a task, and the system handles multi-wheel model reasoning and tooling; it is possible to reread context at each step or to continue to modify because the results do not meet the requirements.
In a 50-step transfer chain, input Token accounted for approximately 99.4 per cent of the total and output was about 0.6 per cent. WorkBuddy's analysis shows that repeated entry into history context is an important source of cost. The team uses a fixed prompt and tool structure, places change information at the end of context, enhances the prefix cache for reuse; when context becomes longer, the historical content is compressed. Based on the size of this group and the price of TokenHub ' s flagship magazine, the estimated cost of a single mission can be reduced from around 21.06 to about $3.36 when the cache hit rate reaches 90 per cent. This measure corresponds to specific context length and price conditions, which also indicates that the cost of a long mission depends not only on the number of calls but also on the number of duplicate entries.
Model selection can also be refined into mission steps. The WorkBuddy team shared that about 80 per cent of the simple steps could be handed over to the lightweight model and that the cost of a single mission was reduced by about 57 per cent. In the event of timeout, rejection of the request or failure of the supplier, the application side will adjust the context or switch the model depending on the cause. cache, model route and failure recovery are WorkBuddy's application side strategies; TokenHub provides uniform model access, assurance, billing, model management and service monitoring. The efficiency and stability of long-term assignments need to be supported by a combination of application programming and platform services.
The costs of model calls are also influenced by training and reasoning. TI-ONE manages GPU resources, adapts different chips and optimizes reasoning around data access, algorithms, parallel communications, cache and cluster movement. Tencent clouds claim that Hy4 preview is five times higher than the initial version of monocalorized vomiting under certain national production chips and test conditions. This result corresponds to a particular combination of models and hardware, reflecting the reasoning efficiency that is also affected by the stacking, hardware adaptation and resource allocation.
The experience of Changan's car has brought data availability to a larger scale. The size of its training data reached hundreds of PBs, with effective training data exceeding 100 PBs; the cost of storage would increase rapidly if fully replicated between cloudy and own data centres. LongAnn stores the required data according to the training portfolio, cache, parallel file systems and local diskettes, and uses Lance format and data lists to allow the algorithm team to assign the required data by mission, which is provided by the infrastructure organization on demand. The sharing mentioned that a 256 card-trained QPS could reach 12,000, with bandwidth requirements ranging from 50 to 100 GB/s; layered storage and data movement saves up to millions of bits per month. The faster arrival of data at the calculation nodes, the reduction of redundant copies and the timely recovery of data after the end of a mission will affect training efficiency and costs. For continuing I/O missions with high pressure, the system is then filled with through parallel file systems and local disks; other missions can rely more on object storage and cache to avoid the prolonged occupancy of the highest performance reservoir for all data.
Agent, move in. Runtme, pick up the operative.
Once the model service is operational, Agent will further run the code, edit the file and call tool. The model output thus begins to affect the external environment, and the system needs to provide an implementation location for these actions and address environmental isolation, state preservation, suspension of recovery and access to permission.
Sandboxes are isolated environments for carrying code and tool operations; Runtime management is broader and involves task-by-mission creation and movement of the environment, connection calculations, storage and network resources, and mission status and operational life cycle. Cube Sandbox is located at the bottom of Runtme and provides flexible sandbox computing and isolation enforcement. Tencent clouds mentioned in the Runtme sharing that Cube Sandbox supports rapid delivery and on-demand release of sandbox environments; Runtme needs to combine this capability with cloud computing, storage, network, etc.
The way Agent operates also raises new resource management issues. Agent-in-Sandbox places Agent, tools and workspaces in the same sandbox; Brain-Hands separation decorates Agent's main cycle and isolation from the enforcement environment. Both structures require the retention of conversations, workspaces, documents and state of necessity during the mandate. When the task is waiting for a model or user input, the sandbox can suspend and release CPU and memory; if you need to continue, you can resume operation. As a result, the working state can be maintained and the computational resources need not be used continuously throughout the waiting period.
The post-training practice of Mini Max shows the scale of pressures on environmental supply. A data synthesis mission consisting of 5 million original tracks with a two-week cycle corresponds to approximately 14.8 million concrets; an online intensive learning effort would require about 64,000 concrets if it included 2000 missions, each of which was 32 rollouts. Data synthesis manages a large number of sample environment and mirror versions, while online intensive learning requires a centralized set of implementation environments. Both loads test the elastic supply of the environment and complex environmental management.
The mirror is like a difficult point in the supply of a scalding environment. The post-Mini Max training mirror has reached 5 million q.R. and continues to grow to 1 million; individual mirrors may have GB. Each start-up is fully pulled, slows down the environment and crowds out warehouse bandwidth and nodal disks. MiniMax shares an optimised approach that includes mirrors in block-based load on demand, where the process is read and the data is pulled back to; sharing the base layer heavy, with high frequency mirrors preheating to closer to the calculation; and keeping the file system and memory from the snapshot operating environment, with the next direct recovery from the snapshot. It shared that the sandbox start-up phase usually reads only about 6 per cent of mirror data. load on demand reduces the reading volume, preheat reduces the transmission path, and snapshot restoration saves the process of initializing the environment.
The implementation environment also requires a clear and secure border. The code generated by Agent is uncertain, and business data and permission may also be accessed when visiting external services. The Runtime related programme uses the MicroVM separation to divide operational boundaries for different missions; access point network strategy limits accessible systems and resources; vouchers are hosted outside sandboxes, with short-term authorizations and injections as required by the mission. As a result, Agent was given access to permission, which was necessary for the completion of his mission, and the implementation process was governed by the corresponding boundaries.
From model access, call governance, to training reasoning and Agent implementation, enterprises are dealing with an entire production chain. TokenHub integrates multi-model supply, service selection, account number, cost and safety into its integrated management; and WorkBuddy, TTI-ONE and Runte respond to the engineering requirements of application call, model training and Agent implementation, respectively. Together, they deal with how model capabilities enter real work and continue to operate steadily when scale increases.
As the Personal Agent enters more work and life scenes, Maas will move from Token and request to a full task. Model capabilities determine how complex it can be; the platform needs to provide it with timely access to appropriate models and algorithms, reuse context, handle failures and keep costs and permission within manageable limits. Users do not need to know how many rounds of reasoning and how many times tool call have taken place behind them, and ultimately only one thing will happen to acceptance check: whether the mission has been completed and the delivery has been useful.
This acceptance criteria is rewriting the competition for model services. The richness of the catalogue of models is the starting point, and the real difference depends on whether the model is selected, available, managed and eventually translated into stable business results. TokenHub carries the multi-model capability from callable to deliverables; when Agent walks into routine from demonstration, the value of Maas will also be tested in every timely, costable, clear permission job.
