我是孟健，一个人在做字流：一个把内容分发到 26 个平台的桌面应用。
今年 1 月发 2.0 时，我在文章结尾写了一句：希望把登录态和数据都打通，下半年做 3.0。今天是 10 月 22 日，3.0 我自己已经用了快一个月。
这篇不讲概念，按一篇内容从选题到复盘的顺序，把每一步做了什么、界面长什么样摆出来，最后是一个月的真实数字。
2.0 解决了「发」，没解决「累」
2.0 的时候，字流支持 14 个平台，我把「发布」这个动作压到了 10 分钟以内。
我以为问题解决了。后来才发现，真正吃掉时间的从来不是点发布那一下：
- 同一篇稿子，要为公众号、知乎、掘金、小红书各改一遍标题和写法
- 原创、合集、话题、专栏，一个平台一个平台地点
- 配图、封面、九宫格，每个平台尺寸都不一样
- 发完以后，散在十几个后台里、根本来不及看的留言
9 月我第一次把所有平台的评论收到一起，待回复那一栏是 260 条，最早一条是去年 12 月的。
那一刻挺难受的。每一条后面，都是一个认真读完、还愿意多说一句的人。
所以 3.0 想做的事很简单：把写作以外的活，都接过去。
3.0 是什么
字流 3.0 是一个装在你电脑上的桌面应用。打开就是「今日」：今天写什么、哪篇在等你确认、刚发出去的内容表现怎么样，一屏看完。
下面按一篇内容走过的顺序，一项一项说。
1. 每天早上，三张选题卡
不知道写什么，是很多人断更的第一个原因。
字流每天早上 7 点，按你的定位和各个账号的分工，从当天热点、常青话题和你自己的素材里各挑一条，告诉你为什么值得写、该写长文还是拍视频、什么时候发。
热点会标「还有多少小时」，过了窗口就不再催你；写过的题，60 天内不重复推。
2. 一篇稿，改成每个平台自己的写法
给一句话，或者贴一篇写好的稿，勾上平台，点「开始」。
字流先联网查资料、抽出要点，再按每个平台的读者分别重写：
- 公众号：完整的长文
- 知乎：先给结论
- 掘金：偏实操
- 小红书：图文笔记
- X：拆成线程
标题、开头、结构都不一样，不是复制粘贴。写完它还会自己检查一遍：「首先、其次、不仅……更……」这种 AI 腔会改掉；稿子里说成是你亲身经历、但你的素材里没有的句子，会标出来让你核实，不会替你编故事。
3. 配图、封面、图集一起做好
长文的配图，优先截真实网页：官网、文档、GitHub、原帖。找不到可截的，才做信息图。
小红书、抖音图文、微博共用一组 3:4 图集，首图就是封面。下面这组，是字流给这篇内容做的：
公众号有 12 套排版主题，按文章类型自动挑。
4. 字段自动填，发之前替你检查
原创声明、合集、话题、专栏、AI 创作声明，按内容自动填好。
点「发布前检查」，它会逐个平台看：字数超没超、封面比例对不对、有没有容易被限流的话术、AI 声明勾没勾。能自动改的，点一下就改好。
然后「送到发布页」，字流在你自己的电脑上把稿子填进各平台的编辑器。
账号登录只存在你自己的电脑上，不上传、不托管。大部分平台你确认后可以一键发；公众号和小红书，始终由你亲手点发布。
5. 不用守着等
写稿、配图、做图集、做封面、填字段，整条都在后台跑，可以同时做两条，离开页面也不会断。
我现在的习惯是：早上在选题库勾几条点「批量开工」，然后去录视频或者干别的，回来看顶栏的「待检查」，写好的会弹通知。
6. 视频也是同一条线
选个题，字流写一份能直接念的口播稿，时长按要讲的内容定，带全屏提词器。
录完上传，它自动剪掉停顿、口误和说错重来的那一遍，配上字幕、开场标题、画中画和配乐。
剪得不满意？逐句看：哪句不要就取消勾选，字幕直接改，点「重剪」。
一条录像，导出抖音、视频号、B 站、快手、YouTube、TikTok 各自的版本，6 个平台可以一起发。
7. 发完以后：留言、数据、复盘
这是我自己最看重的一块。
各平台的评论和私信收到一处，AI 按你的口吻先写好回复，你看一眼就能回，9 个平台能在字流里直接回。
各平台的数据每两小时更新一次。哪条在某个平台跑起来了，它会直接告诉你接下来怎么做：
每周一，自动出一份复盘：哪篇起量、哪个平台投入产出不划算、下周写什么。复盘得出的经验，会自动用到之后的选题和写稿里。
8. 越用越像你
你只要写一句「我是做什么的、写给谁」，字流帮你理成一张定位卡。
之后它会从你发出去的内容里自己学：你的写法、常用的句子、你真实的经历和素材。下一篇稿子，会更像你自己写的。
用了一个月，真实的数字
- 239 次 9 月 28 日到今天，19 篇内容发到 24 个平台
- 1571 条 收件箱收进来的评论和私信
- 45 条 现在还没看的，那 260 条积压早清完了
2.0 那会儿，我全网大概 3 万关注；现在字流统计的 23 个账号加起来，是 5.4 万左右。
我每天能给内容的时间，还是只有一两个小时。变的是这一两个小时花在了哪里：以前一大半在搬运，现在基本都在写，和回复读者。
它适合谁

I'm Meng Ken, and I'm a guy who's doing a script: a desktop application that distributes content to 26 platforms.
In January of this year, when it came to 2.0, I wrote at the end of the article: I wanted to get access to login and data, doing 3.0 in the second half of the year. Today is October 22, 3.0 I've already spent almost a month on myself.
It does not speak of the concept, and in the order of one item, from the selection to the repetition, what each step does, what the interface looks like, and lastly, the true number of a month.
2.0 Solve "Foo" and "tired"
At 2.0, the flow supported 14 platforms, and I pressed the action "publish" within 10 minutes.
I thought the problem was solved. Then it turns out that the real eater never had the publish.
- The same article. Change the title and writing for WeChat Official Account, Zhihu, gold, REDnote.
- Original, cluster, topic, column, platform location
- Maps, cover, nine palaces. Each platform is different in size.
- When it's over, it's in a dozen backstages.
For the first time in September, I received all the platform comments together, and the column to be answered was 260, the first one last December.
It was a rough moment. Each one is followed by a man who has carefully read it and is willing to say one more word.
So, 3.0 is simple: take the rest of the work.
What is it?
The stream 3.0 is a desktop application installed on your computer. Open "Today": What's written today, what's waiting for your confirmation, how's the content just sent?
Here's the sequence followed in one piece, one by one.
1. Three pick-up cards per morning
I don't know what to write, it's the first reason many people have broken.
Every morning, at 7 a.m., each one of the hot spots of the day, the usual topics and your own asset shows you why it's worth writing, whether it's worth writing, whether it's a long story or a video or when.
Hotspots will mark "How many hours" and no more pushes after the window; written questions will not be repeated in 60 days.
2. A copy of the article, to be prepared by each platform itself
Give a word or put a written text on the platform and say "start".
Word streaming will be linked to the information, extract points, and rewritten according to the audience of each platform:
- WeChat Official Account: Full long text
- Zhihu: Let's get this straight.
- Excavation: Pure.
- REDnote: Textbooks
- X: Disassembly
Titles, beginnings and structures are different and not duplicate paste. "First, second, not only..." This AI cavity will be changed; it says you've been through it, but the sentence that you don't have in asset will be marked for you to verify, not to make up your story.
3. Maps, covers, atlases Okay.
A long-language map that gives priority to the real pages: official web, documents, GitHub, post. It's not possible to find a stopgap before making a map.
REDnote, Douyin, Weibo shares a 3:4 collection, the front of which is the cover. Here's a set of words for this piece:
WeChat Official Account has 12 sets of layout themes that are automatically selected by type of article.
4. field auto-fill and check it for you before sending it.
Original statements, collections, topics, columns, AI creation statements are automatically completed by content.
The "publish Pre-Check" is a platform-by-platform: word count, cover ratio, easy to get caught by rate limit words, AI statements. You can change it automatically. Just click it.
And then, "to publish page," the text flows on your own computer into the editor of the platforms.
The account login only exists on your own computer. It's not uploaded, it's not hosted. Most of the platforms you confirm can be sent with a single key; WeChat Official Account and REDnote, always with publish.
No need to wait.
Writing, drawing, making an atlas, making cover, filling in field, the whole strip is running in the backstage, making two at once and leaving the page without breaking.
It's my habit to pick up a few points in the library in the morning, to start work in bulk, to make videos or to do something, to come back to the top of the wall and to watch the "waiting to be checked" and to write a message.
6. Video is the same line
Select a theme, write a text that can be read directly, and be based on the content of the statement, with a full screen speaker.
After uploading it, it automatically cuts out the pauses, verbal errors and repetitions, accompanied by subtitle, opening title, painting and play.
Are you happy? Word by sentence: do not cancel the tick, change subtitle directly, or "recut."
A video that exports Douyin, video number, B station, fast-hand, YouTube, TikTok versions, six platforms can be sent together.
7. After issuance: message, data, flash drive
This is the one I value most.
Each platform received comments and personal letters in one place, and AI wrote back to you first, and you looked back, and nine platforms went back in the stream.
The data for each platform are updated every two hours. Which one of them ran off on a platform and told you what to do next:
On Mondays, a double drive is created automatically: which starts, which platforms do not produce cost-effective inputs and what to write next week. The experience derived from the flash drive is automatically used in subsequent selections and writings.
The more you are, the more you are.
All you have to do is write, "What do I do, who do I write to?"
And then it learns from what you send out: your writing, your usual sentences, your real experience and asset. The next piece will be more like you wrote yourself.
For a month, real numbers.
- 239 times, September 28 to today, 19 articles were sent to 24 platforms
- 1571. Comments and personal letters in the inbox.
- 45 pieces, not yet.
2.0 At that time, I was on the whole web about 30,000; 23 accounts now counted in the flow are about 54,000.
I can still give content one or two hours a day. The change is where the two hours were spent: most of them were moving, they're mostly writing and responding to readers.
Who does it fit?
At the same time, individual creators who operate more than three platforms, one company, people who need multiple channels of exposure to produce.
If you send one platform, you might not need it.
